^^^^ u need to download internet download manager ( well datz because its d only download engine i knw dat does wt u ask) then follow these steps
downloads => options => mark use advance browser integration, then go to file types and type FLV (in capital letters) click ok wen ur done.
then go to the website where u wanna download it shud automatically pop a message requesting u to download it
note- u shud also mark on wateva web browser ur using to get online that is if it has not been marked

yes i did thst frm d restortion date , although d last restore point is tuesday while d prob started on monday and dere are no earlier dates

Have you tried logging into safe mode and choosing last known good configuration?

Try to log into safe mode by hitting on F8 key as soon the computer is switched on.

and if any of this did not work for you, then you are left with no choice than to format the system, is likely to be that your windows has crashed and repairing it is under probability.
But what version of windows are you using?

A truckload of electoral materials suspected to be illegal was yesterday intercepted by the Police while being taken to Anambra State.

It was seized at Okija, a town in Ihiala Council of the state, along the ever-busy Onitsha-Owerri Federal Highway.

The development has thrown up questions about the credibility of the election scheduled to hold on February 6 in Anambra.

The materials in two containers were being conveyed in a truck marked No XS 139 AKD-Lagos, accompanied by two persons who claimed to be soldiers who were escorting goods meant for Port Harcourt, Rivers State. But they ran out of luck when their truck accidentally hit a commuter vehicle that was also said to be in transit.

The police officers on road checks who came to investigate the cause of the accident became suspicious when one of the drivers fled with one of the containers on sighting the officers, while the police held the other.

On close examination, the police discovered that the contents were highly secure election materials, stored in cartons, ballot papers, ballot boxes, election result sheets, alleged to belong to some ex-National Assembly members in Anambra State.

One of the escorts who had claimed to be a soldier was eventually discovered to be a student in a tertiary institution and[b] is currently helping the police with their investigations.[/b]

When reporters visited the state police command, Awka, the commissioner, Mr. Philemon Leha was said to be attending the Armed Forces Remembrance Day while his deputy, Oshodi-Glover Poopola was not available to speak

But The Police Public Relations Officer Emeka Chukwuemeka who confirmed the arrest to The Guardian early yesterday said the contents were Independent National Electoral Commission INEC security election materials. I most applaud you for how you have kept and maintained this forum, i am highly impressed but i would like to give some sort of suggestions that you could use to make www.nairaland.com more efficient. I believe there should some sort of search engine we the users could use to look for previous topics that were posted or a link that could be made available.
For example, i was actally looking for a topic that was posted by a members about electrical/elctronics engineers but i could get it even after i went through all the previous topics that were made availalble on the site, i had post a topic requesting for a link, which took awhile before i could get it.
I also observed that pervious post that are on the site are either those written by seun or an admin/moderator, what about past topics written by members were do we get that?
I think you should give this some thought; it will only make the forum usable, unique etc
