They are available, but are there 10 gigabit Ethernet NICs? That I have not really investigated to be honest. I'm sure there are though. But most computers that still have ethernet ports are coming with 1gbps Ethernet NICs.
I concur with you cool

Fulaman198:
Yah due to NAT (PAT which is Port Address Translation) mainly.
Yea since we're lumping a whole private IP addresses to form one.

I don't totally agree with this. There is no term "It will only be used when we are not ready to use a router" in the network world. You ain't going nowhere without a router. A L3 Switch works as a SWITCH cum ROUTER. In fact, most small to medium organizations prefer to go this route as they can save money and space with having a SWITCH do the same thing as a router. And it doesn't have to be the latest catalyst switches, brother. All switches (CISCO) are fast and intelligent. I'm sure you're familiar with CISCO's ASIC.
Well, personally I think L3 switches are more advisable as it doesn't take time for latency. I don't even know if packets filtering through access list can be done here .

Fulaman198:
That's very high throughput, but definitely not the fastest in the world.

There are some parts of the world where the upper middle class can experience 1Gbps (1,000 mbps). Some companies are even starting to introduce 10gbps but I don't think there is hardware out there that can support such high throughput yet (at least to my knowledge, though I could be wrong).
What about 10 gigabit Ethernet switch?

Fulaman198:
Private IP addresses are local only most of the time they are 10.X.X.X or 172.16.X.X or 192.168.X.X. Your private IP address will never be shown when you are online or when you send an e-mail. It will always be the IP address of your respective ISP (your carrier like Airtel, MTN, etc.).
...due to nat and summarization

I totally agree with you, brother. You should read the CCNP Study Guide by Wallace too. It's got some strokes of such funny texture too. Oh, and by the way L3 Switches do breakup broadcast domains. I hope you're familiar with the concept of a switch operating at the level 3 of the OSI model. It's basically a SWITCH that can ROUTE packets.
It will only be used if we are not ready to use router but if we are to route packets with switches I.e vlan's routing aspect, only multi layered switches can be used and it's most the latest catalyst switches are used at this stage with a faster intelligent capabilities!!!

On a 2nd thought, do u know the materials used in the construction of this vegetable cooler? I can identify palm front, jute bag & PVC pipe around it. Are any other thing am missing? How can one make water to drop on d jute bag?

This Is usefull for small Holden farmers. But it can actually be resized to accomodate more vegetables.
May be in future,I will know better but right now...I'm not a practising farmer...I'm just passionate about the whole things! grin
