i planned going there yesterday to buy some electronic components....to be candid, these people shot their self in the foot during the last elections...i knew this would happen#SOB
Fulaman198: Whether it's for UNIX, GNU, or Windows, it doesn't matter. Yes it's a command line programme/tool for a UNIX and GNU/Linux, however the important thing was how the programme was written, not what O.S. has it naturally... A programming language used to develop these applications is practically the same on GNU and Windows.
Omotayor123: Not really op, it actually depend on the people involved.
But I believe most guys tend to cherish, love and trust the lady they get married to as virgin. Maybe that's why such marriage tends to be more successful.
I think so as in most cases, both of them will be naive in sexual related affairs.
Importation is profitable if you follow the nitty-gritty of it.First, go to the market may be where you intend to sell it an ask about the price, then go to their site and check out every products you want to buy.Make sure you contact the sellers and chat with him for any discount he might give you.I think those that say it's not profitable are not doing their home work very well.
As a case study, when I want to buy my tablet,i checked out different shops in Ikeja and enquired about the price, since I know it..I went online and search for my desirable choice of tablet... to say I saw many of them is an understatement. Finally, I chose one.
Infact, this particular one has more features than the ones @ the VILLAGE.
To summarise it, when I imported it,everything I spent including the agent fees(since I was first timer then) was less than the amount of it here I.e half its price
This particular one has dual boot setup while the one in naija can only work in windows interface mode whereas mine can toggle between windows and android OSes.
I think importers run at a loss due to their lack of diligent study and dollar to naira exchange rate.
But,anybody importing should know that THEY DO NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... SO IF IT GET DAMAGE WHILE USING OR SOLD IT,YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
I hope you've scanned it..if so,print out the coloured of the scanned copies back from letters from your school and court of law. With this, employers will understand your plight..
Pavore9: Likewise offering threshing services as against manually threshing with sticks which is energy-sapping and huge loss of paddy rice is incurred.
Pavore9: There is cultivation/rearing, processing, marketing. You do not need farmland to process or market. Take for instance, the fish bamdexfarms is processing, there are farms where one can buy off the fish from the farmers and have it smoked and packaged like he does.
There are folks who can key into offering services to farmers. An example is offering harvesting services to rice and wheat farmers. l have done rice farming and do know that harvesting with sickles is not the way to go but how many farmers can afford the big mechanized harvesters? There are hand held harvesters one can buy from Asia and with one operator the daily output would be more than that of 10 farm hands combined. The farmers gets to harvest their crops faster and cheaper, the operator/owner also get his pay!
Newway2: This preservation method might be suitable for small quantity of vegetable farm produce for small holden farmers. But it's usless for a farmer with 1 acre/hecter of vegetable to sell or preserve . The OLD way of packing these vegetable in sacks shld be done away with as it encourages spoilage because d bags cld not be staked without the vegetable pressing itself. What we need are modern way of packing & staking so that transporting them will be easier & probably cheaper. Also agriprenures cld form an association market where these vegetable cld be sold at farm-gate prices.
If I'm not mistaken, this is exactly a chemical used in transformer too to drain the moisture content in the oil insulating the inner functionality of it.It's usually coloured but as it 'sucks' the moisture in it,the silica gel will gradually loosen its colour then change to whitish...
My fear is preservation... ain't going to go bad in some days' time after harvest?
Something like this constructed under a tree or shade to serve as a local refrigerator unit for rural areas without access to electricity as it only needs water to maintain a cool temperature inside, have the cucumbers packed in the plastic crates and placed inside it and it would extend its freshness for over a week after harvest.
