No one including the EFCC has the right to appeal that decision by the AGF. The EFCC cannot also file fresh charges on the same matter once it has been discontinued by the AGF, it is by his authority that they prosecute cases in the first place. you are right. I hadn't read the article before reacting to an insult. But in the light of new evidences, don't you think there can be fresh charges despite the Nolle proseque? |

Your Buhari qualification & level of reasoning is not up to 5% out of 100% of that of Okonjo Iweala. Google 'Okonjo Iweala' & 'Muhammadu Buhari', the juxtapose their qualifications for you to have clear knowledge. Have you ever asked yourself why Nigeria slump into recession during his military regime in the 80s. Didn't PDP conducted opinion poll shows that 85% of Nigerians never regretted driving away the clueless team which your ponzi economist on paper was part of? unlike the Iweala under Obj. It could mean that they withdrew the case after both parties reached an agreement behind the scene.

This Nigerian is so sure that your fictitious jewish jesus existed. you think the western world would honor Christ with an important thing as a calendar or date viz : BC ( Before Christ) and AD ( Anno Dominen - in the year of the Lord) and for your information this Gregorian calendar is also patterned on Christ e.g year 2016 means about 2016 years ago ,the birth of Jesus took place. He must have had a most significant influence on the western world consciousness to have been so most honored even after his earthly existence. Could a fake person have gotten such recognition from half of the world's population with an awesome rainbow of eminent scholars, culture and influences? |

4amorc: FREE AMORC Monographs? Just Go To www.AMORConline.com and click on the Yellow tab to read the Rosicrucian Monographs For FREE!!
Esteemed and Venerated Imperator-
As you may have heard, I, Pierre S. Freeman, the author of The Prisoner of San Jose and AMORC Unmasked have taken grave exception to the practices and agenda of your organization, Ancient Mystical Order Of Rosæ Crucis, known to the world as AMORC. For this reason, I extend to you the opportunity to answer personally some of the questions that have troubled me and to defend your organization from the charges I have seen fit to make against it.
DOES AMORC REALLY BELONG TO AN UNBROKEN SPIRITUALTRADITION? In various monographs in the Mandamus sequence and elsewhere throughout the monographs, AMORC stresses the importance of the continuity of the Rosicrucian tradition. It says that there are cycles where the Order is public and cycles where it is not. Is it not the case that, despite the claims that your order has a continuity extending from the time of the Egyptian Mystery Schools, that there is not a shred of evidence you can or are willing to show to the public that can verify the truth of this continuity? Can you explain how come someone like myself, who has gone through all the relevant monographs open to its membership but hidden from the world, has never seen or experienced any competent proof of this secret history nor have heard any member show me anything that warrants such a proof? Babacele: your are ignorant and you don't even know. The light of the essence of Amorc's teachings that have survived thousands years of malice from the dark forces of ignorance can not be put out by a smear campaign of any so called yellow pages. Did Herod's plan work when it was time for the logo to manifest in the person of Christ? Any attack on Amorc by any ignorant Pieerre or whoever is part of a cosmic plans to discourage the unworthy from coming in. Isn't the organization in a winter cycle before the next bloom? But by their fruits we shall know them . isn't it ? I am not even a member yet but i can defend the organization with my being. I have lived with them all my life and privy to certain info a new member don't even have. When the portals are open, I shall enter. They are the finest set of people you can ever wish to become. If you folks truly believe you are a child of God, can anything control your mind? What are you ,an image of God almighty, afraid of? Amorc teaches you how to overcome fear, superstition, prejudice, hatred and any other negative traits that make it difficult for man to attain cosmic consciousness. If it is mind control to make me love my neighbor ,protect nature and respect all lives, be a good global citizen and realize God in my dealings with my fellow men, then so mote it be. I love Amorc |

Jesus existed and there are well kept records to show or prove. Tiberius records and other Roman authorities' records have just a bit of the record of the public life of Jesus Christ especially when he came back from Egypt to begin his work. Unlike what some theologians and uninformed Bible students would wants us to believe, Jesus operated a secret organization despite the public outreaches. Jesus and his parents were Essenes ,who lived in Galilee of the Gentiles and maintained a long held tradition of utmost discipline and secrecy especially to the ignorant judging public. The Essenes also were in Egypt, India and Tibet where adequate records of his life on earth are well documented till this moment. |

Politics › Re: Senate Gives 5 Conditions For Peace With Buhari by Babacele: 2:08am On Mar 31, 2017 |
Daboomb: You are absolutely correct! Buhari was trying to play "Politics" with Tinubu (albeit whittle down the influence of Tinubu) when he allowed Saraki to "steal' the Senate Presidency! Then he made it worse by saying "He is for no-one and he is for everybody"!
It backfired on him because the Saraki he tied to embrace is the Devil's incarnate! That he is unable to address the issue of Daura Lawal "brazenly" messing-up his nominee in Magu, that he was unable to do anything about Babachir Lawal and his Grass-cutter-Gate (at least order an investigation and show the people that you wont cover-up any insinuation of corruption) and that he has even displayed some "funny" l dont care attitude with respect to the rampaging Fulani herdsmen (l see them as criminals and kidnappers but the way he allowed the "Fulani Police Man" to handle the Ile-Ife farmer/Herdsmen clash.
But WHY? My own opinion is that : 1.) Buhari is trying too hard to be seen as a Democrat (which he is not and we never voted for him to come and act like one! Corruption, the type we have in Nigeria, that is manned by devilish vultures like Saraki, cannot be fought with the "fair tools of Democracy"!). In trying to shed the toga of a military Dictator, he has surrendered his authority as President of Nigeria, to some Cabals... and Senators have seen this and decided they can also usurp his authority and nothing will happen. Can Obasanjo nominate a person for Senate confirmation and the DSS Director he appointed, thwart that nomination not once but twice, even with a third follow-up stinker?
2.) Buhari places too much emphasis on "familial association", instead of building real bridges of trust: In summary, he seems to still be afraid of the ghost of his first deposition in a coup by Babangida (recall the Saraki and Dino Melaye recently went to to prostrate for Babangida in the heat of Magu's rejection) and he seems to only want to surround himself with people he is beholden to or related to somehow. Lawal Duara is still occupying that seat because Buhari "believes" he is the only one he can trust to protect his mandate, even if he is under a surgical knife. Nothing Daura does, will make Buhari remove him.
Babachir Lawal and Abba Kyari are two other Fulani "loyalist" of Buhari. Buhari is ready to sacrifice his own integrity for these people and they form what we know as the "cabal" in Aso Rock.
So, all it takes is for Saraki to infiltrate these 'cabal' (or play on their 'selfish interest' as is the case of Lawal Daura Vs. Magu)
3.) Buhari is not ready to "play Politics" ...or play ball! He does not want to compromise his values and rightly so but in Nigeria, we know that "criminals are in power" and to operate in their realm, you must be ready to be corrupt (Just imagine the Senators giving the condition 'for peace' with the Presidency as "Increase their own budget"! In this era of recent!! Thus, Buhari is yet to learn the "corrupt dance' of politicians and in that vein, he is not yet a politician. He has used the TSA to render the thievery of most "office holders" (be it Politicians or Career Civil Servants) impossible. hence their grumbling! He has given teeth to EFCC, Code of Conduct Bureau, Customs, NAFDAC and other anti-corruption Agencies! Even the courts have been well funded and then purged of corruption.
Also, we must factor-in Buhari's health. Leading Nigeria is not a "child's play" in terms of energy and stamina requirement! Buhari has been weakened seriously by his ailment and his 'actions are always coming very late or too late". The last sojourn in U.K even made it worse! He took too long to present a Senate President (which is one of the reasons Saraki took advantage), He took too long to nominate Ministers, too long to do anything he intended doing! You might say he is trying to "do it well" but there is "time and season" for everything under the sun! I pray for him daily but l am afraid, just looking at what Nigeria has turned Fashola into, within two years, .... it might just be too hard for Buhari! And that is the loss of the ordinary Nigerians.
Unless Buhari suddenly develops some "Mojo' and take some radical decision, ...like dissolve the NASS.... (and l am sure with the current "mindset" of Nigerians, he will get their support), fire Daura and Babachir Lawal, approach the likes of Tinubu and Oyegun to instil discipline in their party (APC) so that everyone sits-up and stop acting like an opposition within the ruling party.........unless he does something 'radical' like that, he will go down as a failure in his first term and he can even kiss any second term "good-bye".
Mind you, this does not mean Nigerians will accept to go back to "the days and criminals" of "stealing is not corruption" fame! Never again, on that one. explosive! shikenan. but may I quickly add that Akume was told to step down by Jagaban for Lawan PMB's supposed choice for Senate presidency only for Saraki to make mess of the plan while Pmb was hallucinating in some democratic dreamland! |
