Bro it's difficult to hold back sometimes when I hear stupid comments.i don't know if it's your personal life and the poor places you have lived that is influencing your opinion but I've lived in to and Ibadan and this doesn't even come close to the average houses built there nowadays.
You're a typical liar, no sorry for that.

I have lived in almost all states I mentioned.

Except Ogun which I have not spend much time in.

The only problem with those building is it needs renovation or let me say painting but it's definitely better than those mud houses seen in the capitals of those states I mentioned.

Prove me wrong by mentioning one state in that list that doesn't have mud houses in its capital and I will respect your opinion.

Even Lagos has mud houses, not to mention others.

Kenya abi na Nairobi is not more developed than Lagos ok?
It is more developed.

Development has many indices used in measuring it, not just amount of money made or amount of money entering it, please.

I bet you've never been to South Africa because if you have then you'll know the steering amount of slums there even in white neighborhoods.
Every country in the world have slums, even the USA has Dozens of slums that even a poor Nigerian wouldn't want to live in ,this are some slums in USA I know
You're unreasonable joor.

Can you compare this area to slums in your region?

In term of cleanliness, this place can stand with most areas in Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Ekiti.
In terms of planning, it is only Lagos that can be compared due to the former FCT status.

Majority of the buildings in Oyo, Osun and Co are not even better than the buildings in these pictures.

Abegi!

You sef de fall for that Kenya picture as Rwanda grin

Meanwhile the oshodi terminal is a beauty to behold. More states should emulate that
Even if it is Kenya, it is still Africa. Isn't it?
That is enough to put sense into the OP's head, he should stop posting rubbish in comparison with more developed areas.

If he wants to praise the city, he should do that without the mediocre of a comparison.

This is Rwanda that witnessed genocide in 1995
Pictures like this is what I expect that OP to post but he's busy posting aerial and edited pic, as if it is not the same area I used to ply frequently before moving to a more conducive and comfortable place.

The OP is definitely one of those born and brought up Lagosians that think the world revolves around Lagos.

For fvck sake, Lagos was once a capital city!
If other states had the opportunity given to Lagos, they will definitely be better.

Rubbish talk. They have struck deep into Israel. Obviously blind people like you don't understand the implication of that.
You are here posting rubbish, while even the Israelis are wondering how a rag tag people under constant supervision are able to develop such sophisticated systems that were capable to strike up to 50 miles inside Israel.
Just like a typical you know what, always myopic and never see the big picture.
Israel killed 181, they killed 10 deep inside Israel with their billions and billions of US money spent on Arms. This simply shows that a country like Iran and Turkey will reek havoch on Israel if they want to, try and use your brain.
Keep quiet.

You're ignorant. This is not a full blown war but a war against terrorists in which civilians are at risk.
So, you expect Israel to warn or notifying their enemies of impending bombardment in an all out war?

It's a proxy war fought for a known Israel enemy, and those weapons were supplied by the same enemy.

How many of the attack has your country been able to intercept with the billions in dollars and trillions in naira that has been spent towards that cause?

Even US, Russia, China suffer casualties in sudden attack.

After their first bombardment/attack, how many casualty did they cause Israel after than?

Don't bother replying because I won't respond since you're intellectually bankrupt,

Did you read all the news?

FG ordered* the NLC, that henceforth there should be no further industrial action.

Normally, is it proper for FG to order them not to strike or continue the strike?

but really the gonment is right though i'm not Hell Rufai's fan. The rot in the workspace in the North is really terrible especially Loku gonment(Local Government).
They dont come to work and you seen them in large number appearing 2 or 3 days to the end of the month loitering around the secretariat only to be see sharing and distributing money in Large sacks. At least i witnessed that while in the north.
Aswear, the only region where local government offices are not opened until 11 am and closed around 3 pm.

I know this during my stay in the north.
The only time you see them in their numbers is when there are things to share, things like sewing machine, popcorn machine/majer, generating set etc.
And when there is a validation exercise.

This is the message...

I suggested this because he has a car already.

Start food stuff business like crayfish, garri, maize, rice, beans etc.

If you can get them in bags, it will be better.

Arrange them at the back of your boot.
Look for a parkable space in a quite big market around you.
Go there in the evening, open your boot and sell from there.

Make your price affordable, trust me once people know you with it, you're made.

Note: This kind of business will still allow you to do your normal hustling during the day unless you want to make it full time by going to different markets.

And for the cement he must not buy a full trailer

Do you know cement has much gain, ask questions.. They are ways of running it too without much money man
I understand everything you are saying.

Infact, I know the system well. I have been there.

I want you to consider something.

1. Will he be buying from direct source?
2.Has he been in the business to know the a-z of it?
3. With that amount, you can only buy from a distributor which in turn will affect the profit which all of you are looking at.
4. Cement profit is seasonal, most of you don't know this.
5. Sometimes if not most times cement profit is as low as 50-100 naira.
6. Are their major distributors around him, who will surely affect his sales?

And so on.

My brother man...

I guess na you I suppose tell to fear God...

When a situation presents itself against man's will, it's expected of that man to adjust.

1. I have quite a numbers of people in my hood without store or startup capital like Op, but they supply Cement.

2. A good friend of mine kickoff cement retailing business early this year with just 60 bags but the turnover is excellent...

Na so e be
I understand you bro.

Do you know if that person has a link to that business?
Again, do you consider the area in which OP stays?
Lastly, you don't enter business because others are doing it.

The idea I want to share with him will be more profitable and less expensive if he can overlook the challenges at the beginning.

Start cement retailing & renting of building materials...

cool
Fear God Mr man.

His shop rent is in that 500k o.

Even that 500k won't get you up to 200 bags.
Do the maths yourself.

Consider the pace at which he will sell it o and there are major distributors around that will likely give him strong competition.

Tobechuckwu:
Aljazeera news cover both sides in fact they interviewed more of the Palestinians more.
Mind u, Hamas are using programmed rockets to attacked Israel. Nobody knows where , but from Israelis finding it is been programmed nd launch with remote control. Most of the rockets are launched in tunnels under building where pple are living.
Israeli are using ground soldiers now to fight bcuz they need to get to the tunnels.
To me, aljazeera news isn't one sided bcuz most of their experts even criticized Israel more.
Read your response again and tell me if it is not one-sided.
The last part supports what the person you quoted said.
