At the moment we only have one president and that is gambari that buhari is just a figure head, anybody who carries out the full duty to run the country is the president and not the person who is just being reported to. The CoS is so popular now because we don't have president or vice president, they are docile, let just put it that we don't have any government at the federal of recent. Can anyone tell me cos of obasanjo, yar'adua, Goodluck they were not popular because of active government. The IG shouldn't have done that, because this battle involves everyone. As for the police they are really corrupt, in Lagos here for instance during the lock down police were collecting 500naira from bus drivers not minding that their bus is loaded full with people, and now from 8pm the police still collect money undermining the curfew. Please be sincere is that not sabotaging the effort on the fight against covid 19?. Why I used Lagos as reference is because, it is where I witness it on daily basis, and I believe it happens other places too and the authorities there chose to keep quiet.

You didn't make any sense at all, Christians pray in the name of Jesus Christ to Jehovah, ogboni and the rest don't pray in the name of Christ Jesus. Muslims call Mohammed and Allah and every sect and society act in their names eg Boko Haram, Al Qaeda, just to mention a few.

When Wike called out DCP Mohammed that he is collecting money and issuing movement pass to all and sundry and he is sabotaging the state government works. Same Wike said the police are the ones collecting bribe to allow people enter the state.
Same Wike said he is taking the FG to court for taking money to find Police from the FAAC account.

The question is did he lie? Instead of the police to investigate what he said, they withdrew the police, it seems like the IG is getting a cut.

Where was PDP when Wike in his characteristic manner took the police to the cleaners. He actually said they were frustrating his efforts by demanding gratification from the public so that they may violate the lockdown rules.

He also said he had assembled volunteers who are indigenes of Rivers state and that the volunteers would help the task force to enforce the "executive order" that Wike has promulgated.

No responsible IG of police would expose his assets to the commission of illegality in case the matters get to the law course. Moreover, as they have been withdrawn, they will no more be in a position to demand for gratification from unruly inhabitants of Rivers state who desire violation of lockdown rules.

So, PDP should advise their governor to make do with his volunteers. After all, they would not seek bribes from the public.

So he shouldn't say the truth, the same thing happened in Lagos and still happening policers collect money without doing their job.
