In a poly setting Bsc. Is Assistant lecturers at entry level while HND are Graduate Assistant. Then subsequently HND gets the portfolio of instructors and BSc Lecturers but they are all academic staff.

Instructor, Technologists, Etc are below Lecturer Cadre.
My question is? If the Polytechnics that train HND graduates can't employ HND graduates as Lecturers why then are people blabbing about discrimination, Polytechnics discriminate against their products so I'm not surprised if other sectors do the same😎😎😎
