He is accountable to God and not you, are you the one that called him? That’s where men make mistake. God is the judge and rewards every man. Remember judgement will begin in the Household of God, however it is not within the jurisdiction of any man to assume God’s role in this matter. He who has an ear let him hear.
Judging by your utterances, Christians have to fold their arms while people are led astray. By their fruits you will know them. A man called by God should have good fruits.

Guys, is there a way to send package back to China? I ordered a Huawei smartwatch on the 1st of November 2025 and paid good money for the shipping, however, I waited till mid December and the item was yet to leave China. I initiated a refund and I was refunded on the 4th of January. However, I got a mail this evening that my item is in Nigeria. The issue is that I have bought this watch from a local dealer at a higher cost and no longer need it and have spent. what do I do?
Just don't collect it and it will be returned as it is a recorded package and needs a signature.
I'm glad that we still have some decent Nigerians. Most Nigerians are criminals.

Why do many of you folks think that posting what are literally brain farts in a bid to get the last word in works in your favor? 😩😩😩😩
Like I said not all women will raise decent human beings. When your daughter bring home an uncle beater as a prospective husband, you should agree wholeheartedly as it aligns with your beliefs. Ciao

1. If you know me so well, then you should also know that I stick to the facts, but meaningless things and gobbledegook like non-codified traditional ideas, which seem more like an entitlement-driven system that is so far away from justice and truth at the end of the day. (Your traditional systems rarely seem to benefit or stand on the side of victims but perpetrators.) undecided

2. Research shows that humans are actually so many times worse than gorillas and other primates in the way they deal with each other. 🥱🥱

3. OP has not asked for your trust and does not need it. Unless you yourself have a way of going around him to privately investigate the facts for yourself, you and I have no alternative but to address the situation as presented by OP. 🥱🥱🥱

4. I don't believe in any of your standards of morality. To this day, your pastors/imams/traditional leaders/elderly/etc happen to be some of the most vile beings who walk the planet. But guess what? Your morality nonsense presents them with excuse after excuse for why they should continue to prey on the weak and the low. That is wickedness to me. 🥱🥱🥱

5. Please spare me the meaningless stories. I have read enough of those same bullsheet that I heard so many times during my childhood, only for me to realize later on that these stories never applied to the rich and/or powerful in the communities. Against the poor and helpless, tradition is a literal weapon of subjugation and misery! 🥱🥱🥱
The o.p slapping his uncle is symptomatic of a wider general malaise in his life, my experience in resolving disputes has taught me to read between the lines.
My former boss was always telling me not to throw out the baby with the bath water,no system is perfect. Most women will not raise up decent human beings. Years ago I saw my Jamaican origin colleague beaming and happy. I asked her what was up and she told me that she just realized that she has raised a decent hard working morally upright resilient son.
Three of my nephews got fully funded scholarships abroad and one is working as a lecturer abroad at his old university. They are not looking for somebody to scam. They were raised the old fashioned moralistic way.
You should not bring pastors and imams into something like this; they are mostly cult leaders . Men should be taught about controlling themselves.

Keep your shame for you and your parents, abeg! huh

If having a clue means reasoning like you and your ilk, I am glad I and my blood refused to tread that path in life. 🥱🥱🥱
Most times I've agreed with many of your controversial stances on this forum but this time I beg to differ.
There should be a clear difference between human behavior and gorilla behavior. Firstly the o.p cannot be trusted to have provided us with all the facts as he operates outside societies moral code. Slapping his uncle is a symptom of his moral bankruptcy and other atrocities lurk in his being. He is capable of much more since he has no brakes.
I used to know a guy like that without a reasonable moral compass,he used to forcefully sleep with any woman that entered his flat. He defended himself by arguing that he did not hold a knife to their throats. He even raped a fourteen year old girl.
Slapping your uncle is completely verboten unless you are a gorilla.
You can write whatever you want on the Internet but I'm sure you will not want your daughter to marry a man that slaps his uncle.
He should have called a family meeting..A man without control is an animal.

Your society failed not because of this young man but because of old men like his uncle who believes he is entitled to commit misdemeanors and get away with it because of his age. 🥱🥱

When you all start respecting your own laws, then your can talk or having a society that has hope. 🥱🥱
This kind of talk will not make people respect your parents or whoever brought you up. I'm ashamed on your behalf and I believe you are not from the south west.
You don't have a clue what life is about, such things have to happen in order for the human being to build character. Sorry I don't have time for this disgusting matter. I'm fairly certain that the o.p is not from the south west anyway.

In every family there's these uncles and aunts who knows nothing about you, they don't even know your name sometimes or how you survived into adulthood but feels you owe them allegiance whenever they see you.

first off I know it's an African thing to always respect people older than you, and before you crucify me I am also an adult now with his own adult life, I keep to myself and I don't force people to respect me as respect is earned.

A family member died and we all came back for it, coupled with the holidays, the whole extended family was present including some of those in diaspora, I'm an introvert so I keep to myself, I generally greeted everyone when I came and sat in my corner.

Then there's this useless Cockatoo who drank free beer until his brains froze, first he kept talking about yahoo boys, how they dress a certain way, how they do all sorts to be rich, how they kill people to be rich, they both with soap gotten from herbalist, they don't go to work yet they're living fine, they have cars at a young age etc.

Now when you're talking and you don't call my name trust me I won't answer you. Even if it's obvious you're talking about me, and from all indication this man was talking about me, one my mom is dead, two I earn online and don't physically go to work, third I am not begging I'm doing okay, but I still didn't pay him any mind, then he indirectly started talking about how they don't respect people enough, he was so pained for some reason and condescending.

I just got up and went to a shop outside our family house, as I was buying something this weyrey came, I got what I wanted and turned to leave and that was when I felt it, waaam at my back, this guy slapped me on my back, then he asked me directly, didn't you see me? Don't you know I'm your uncle?

I lost it, and like a reflex I slapped him back hard it was a resounding slap, he staggered backwards, and my cousins held me, before I know it has spread that I just slapped uncle whatever his name is, what's painful is everyone blamed me, for being disrespectful and suddenly it didn't matter what he did, I'm somehow supposed to attone for it.

this man didn't know how I survived till adulthood, not even a penny of his went into my upbringing, I don't know why he felt I owe him respect and allegiance, even if I did, why does he have to go about it that way.

Nigeria is gone and there's nothing Tinubu and obi can do about it. The citizens lack control, temperance and perseverance. A society like that will fail.
The north is on the brink and the southern part will follow soon.
Young man unfortunately you are a disgrace to your ancestors. Sane humans prize control, patience and good character. I hope that you posted this under a new moniker otherwise nairalanders would not respect those involved in your upbringing.
You are in the world to learn. Shame on the people supporting you..
You should have reported the matter to the elders or chiefs in your family. Nigeria will be gone very soon.

Someone was thinking I was heartless to be hard on this person, that I don't know the battles, I don't know the things this person is going through, I don't know this and that and I said part of being a man is surviving trials of this world. I told the person to give me an alternative to willingly participating in your own death and the person could not. And then I said, finding solution is a much better part to taking your life. No matter what. I stand by my words. Life is tough. It will break you but sometimes I think Nigeria's law or punishment for attempting suicide is more of a logical one than the punishment itself. Nigeria's law is telling you, if you want to do it, just do it and go, make sure you do it.

You don't know the pain you cause those living when you selfishly consider yourself only. You're not living for yourself alone if you don't know. Especially when you have influence. I prefer you take more steps to help live than take the easy step to press the end button when you know we will all leave this world unalive!

Then like those boys who shoot in US, you now write a manifesto letter on your death. For what? Just go silently and don't disturb the world if you wanted us to not worry about you. It would have been easier for the loved ones to lie to us and tell us he died in his sleep. I am so disappointed and I have no nice words to say. This is where we have raised this generation to mental health everything. Spiritually ungrounded, digitally prosperous. Perhaps one day, we will realise our true reason for living. A person is a person because of another person (Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu”: a person is a person because of other people). We will remember our purpose on earth, stay grounded and keep serving others because service to humanity is the price you pay for earth. Fall seven times, rise up 8th.
You don't have a clue,do you. How old are you really. Depression affects the brain directly and therefore the thinking process.
Somebody could lose all his wealth and family and still plug on because the cogitation apparatus is still intact but a man with family support and wealth could be a goner because of depression. When this is understood then workable plans could be implemented to help the victim.

Were they the agric type? I have been thinking of a pawpaw farm.

How much pawpaw can you obtain from a tree?

If you have 30 trees and each one fruits 50 a year, that's 1,500 pawpaws. If you sold each at 500, that's 750,000.

I am thinking like `1,000 trees.
I planted four types, one local, one short agric and two normal agric types. Most have about thirty pawpaws but one has only two.
The fruit sellers would cheat you, they are very unlikely to pay a fair price.
Bear in mind that some of the planted pawpaws will turn out to be male producing,no pawpaws. My suggestion is to plant two pawpaws very close to each other then get rid of the evidently male ones later and also prune the female ones if the two planted together turn out to be females.
I also make sure that I have young seedlings to replace any that turn out to be male.
You also need to have plans for keeping the tree upright because sometimes they produce so much fruit and the tree would fall down because of the sheer weight of the pawpaw..
I would advise people to plant at least six pawpaw trees in their compound as long as there is a fence. Some of my pawpaws were stolen through the fence.

Part of me is like, cool, simple meals, no calorie counting. But the other part is like… am I gonna mess up my insides long‑term? I’ve had stomach issues forever, and some folks claim this way of eating fixed theirs. Anyone here tried it for more than just a few weeks? Did it actually help, or did things get weird? I’d love some real‑world experiences before I jump in.
milk kefir and water kefir would fix your stomach issues within a week or so. A carnivore diet is just the latest fad.

This is why Nigeria will always move backwards. We are slowly watching an individual capture the whole energy sector of a country.

This refinery was built on subsidized dollars from Nigerian CBN. This dollars were subsidized by all Nigerians. It was built at 350 naira to a dollar.

Now that 1 dollar is 1500naira. Nobody can build a refinery of that size in Nigeria. And no foreign investor will come to Nigeria and build a refinery. Because you cannot compete with one built at a cheaper 350 naira to 1 dollar.

Now this new puppet NMDPRA CEO will dance to Dangote's tune and petrol supply will be monopolized by him.

In a country like China, if Government gives you subsidized dollars and import waivers a portion of that refinery say 30-40% will be nationalized. It will be owned by the people. Because Nigerians revenue was used to subsidize the dollars.

We cannot use corruption to fight corruption.
You are not making any sense.

PoliticsRe: Nigerian Jets Crush Benin Coup In Hours… But Cnn & Bbc Are Acting Blind by Babalegba(m): 10:11pm On Dec 08, 2025
Tsarbomba:
On December 7, 2025, renegade soldiers in Benin Republic stormed the state television station in Cotonou, declared the constitution suspended, and announced they had taken power.

President Patrice Talon made an urgent request for help directly to President Bola Tinubu.

What happened next was lightning-fast: Nigerian Air Force JF-17 Thunder jets crossed the border, delivered precise strikes on the rebels’ positions, and obliterated the coup before the day ended. Nigerian special forces supported the operation on the ground. The TV station was retaken, the mutineers scattered, and Benin’s democracy was saved in a matter of hours.

This was one of the quickest and cleanest counter-coup interventions in modern history.

Every credible international outlet has reported it clearly:
- Reuters: “Nigeria’s military intervention ends Benin coup attempt”
- Al Jazeera: Detailed coverage of Nigerian airstrikes
- France24, Africanews, Bloomberg, Vanguard, Premium Times – all confirming Nigeria’s decisive role

Yet as of December 8, 2025, CNN International and BBC World News have either ignored Nigeria’s involvement completely or buried it in a few lines. No headlines. No footage. No recognition that the Nigerian military just prevented another West African nation from falling into chaos.

When instability erupts on the continent, they provide wall-to-wall coverage.
When Nigeria steps in and restores order with speed and precision, the story mysteriously disappears.

This is not oversight. This is selective silence.

The Nigerian Armed Forces just demonstrated exceptional capability and regional leadership which the world deserve to know.!
It all sounds illegal to me.Tinubu will be dragged to the Hague soon.

Ibadan as a refugee town most probably didn't participate but Ilorin Yorubas would have joined in the Jihad against Ebiras. There are records of the destruction of communities in present day Kogi state by British explorers in 1854. The Bassas, Kakandas, Domas even Igalas all suffered in that Jihad/raids. The British knows about Nigeria's history more than 95% of the people that constitute Nigeria today.
You do need to stop being mischievous. Ibadan was never a refugee camp but a war training camp of the yorubas. Secondly why classify ilorin broadly as the yorubas. Next time just mention their name instead of trying to tarnish the Yoruba name.
The yorubas had serious problems with the ilorin people who allied with the fulanis to try and islamize the whole tribe. It took many battles before they were routed.
Yoruba people believe that a man should choose his own religion.

Ebira people really tried to resist the Fulani jihad of the 1800s. They fought and resisted but the Fulanis were joined by the Yoruba and Nupe Muslims until the Ebira resistance was defeated. What you now have are an Ebira muslims with pent up anger. They are more fanatical than anyone you can think.
However, Ebiras are known to be a very bold fierce and hardworking people. It's unfortunate that Islam forcefully took over their land without anyone helping them out.
Lol, lazy arse fiction. Try truth for once. Ibadan and Ijaye defeated the fulanis at the battle of Oshogbo in 1840 and it was a comprehensive victory that stopped the spread of Islam in yorubaland. Why would ibadan help their enemies to islamize another tribe. Google is your friend.
