Injoo has crap customer service and almost zero spare part availability. Buy it at your own risk

Airtel is far worse.They still text "welcome to airtel"from 232 even when their simcard is no longer in your phone

I'm surprised you are arguing this point.A surging unmanaged population would put pressure on infrastructure and resources leading to social vices and insecurity as everybody battles for themselves. However if you have a sensible,intelligent hardworking patriotic population then the country can progress but we don't have much of those in Nigeria hence Nigeria's current predicament. A family of eight with an income of 40k monthly is going to put the society under pressure

The specs does not matter,in fact the specs might even be okay but what happens when your shiny injoo need replacement parts or replacement battery that is never forthcoming from injoo. The whole phone becomes condemned because of injoos dire after sales service and our scarce foreign exchange goes down the drain, injoo should be banned by the federal government. Crap company

I guess you're still using this phone? How is your battery performing now. Mine is totally awful now. I'm an heavy user. It takes me over 5-6 hours to get this phone full by putting it off, with a charger that charges other phones quite fast ( I lost the follow come charger). I don't use it for more than 4 hours of heavy usage before the battery goes off from 100%. I bought it in January. Wasn't like this initially. I want to know if you're experiencing something similar or it's just me. Contemplating buying a new battery from their store. Don't know if that's a good idea perhaps the one that comes with this is defective.

It is unlikely that you'll get a replacement battery but there's no harm in trying.Injoo is a terrible brand that does not make replacement parts and batteries available, a one chance company

A phone with reasonable customer service representation, good spare part availability and available battery replacement. I believe Samsung, techno,infinix are okay in this regard.A street phone technician replaced my hot note battery in twenty minutes but my brothers injoo fire and injoo halo are not in use now because he could not get replacement batteries. Injoo should be chased out of Nigeria.Street phone technicians are now advising against buying injoo
