For Graduate Engineer candidates, is there a need to take any documents to the interview? The Interview Invitation and Interview Confirmation emails don't specify any required documents.

wow. Exactly why I failed one important interview last year. I filled up my cv with what I was unable to explain. I also had a yr cap in my cv which I was unable to give good reason for it and what I was doing in that period. Till today, I'm not happy with myself for missing that job and continue staying jobless

I started around 12 and finished around past 1....d questions were numerous....

As much as it pains me to say this but the truth is if your application is still on under review as of now it’s best to not put your mind on it . I applied for some other Exxon Mobil positions and I didn’t get a feedback from them to do a test or whatever and the application still shows “application received” which most likely means they update application status only when the applicant has been shortlisted for the next stage.

Then again anything can happen some people might still get selected for interview with out application status changing, who knows

But if your status hasn’t changed then you know what it most likely means

Everyone should keep calm. The selection process may or may not be over. No one here truly knows. But as long as your status still shows “Application Under Review”, you may still be shortlisted.
At the very least, in the previous thread, some people didn’t see their status change when others did, but they eventually got the invitation for interview.

Don’t hold out hope for this sha. Involve yourself in other activities, apply to other jobs if you will.

The date on my own is still as it was before the Aptitude Test. Could it be they're yet to review it?

My daughter captured yesterday and on tracker ot still showing that it is at the stage of pending NIN verification.
