This has happened to me in estates too. When you buy a house in a gated estate do you buy the road in front of your house with it? I seriously need an answer to this particular question because I have had troubles with people in gated estates who think the road in front of their house is theirs and no one can park on it?

In the gated estates, yes they do have the entitlement right, they organized themselves, paid heavily to build the roads for their convinency, normally they do advice residents to park within their houses and if you must park outside, it should be within the frontage limit of your house or of your guest.

This is the only statement and response that has identified the root cause of this ASUU issue. ASUU outsmarted inexperienced PDP government of 2009 with bogus and extravagant demands which later turned out unrealistic, same government of Johnathan pdp led couldn't help.
ASUU never wanted anyone else to understand the agreement they signed they kept on saying they had agreement with the government already, all they wanted is pay the money.
New government gave them what is practicable, they rejected it.
In my own opinion, government should be bold enough to sack all of them and request for new employment applications, it doesn't make any difference. For the past 6 months they've been on strike, Nigeria belong to all, whatever practicable that is due to one or group should be given. It is ASUU that is callous and wanted to take advantage of weak thinkers that signed the fraudulent agreement to become the most comfortable government employees.

We all thought he was bluffing, but he went for it and here we are....

The whole Tinubu led APC campaign organization seem to be founded on a deep seated disdain of the Igbos and barely tolorates the Eastern minorities. Where Buhari tried to hide his dislike for the south east during his two ignominious campaigns for the presidency, Tinubu and his tribal henchmen seem desperate to wear Igbo hatred as a badge of honor! The whole blogosphere can bear me witness..

It has become so pronounced that typically cool headed Igbo politicians not known for tribal politics like Rochas Okorocha and Orji Kalu have started to speak out. Okorocha actually adviced Tinubu to get Igbos into his campaign, since in all his movements across the South West and the north, there was/is hardly any single Igbo face in Tinubus campaign team! Not even the loquacious Igbokwe just to fool the uninitiated, but Tinubu will have none of that, dude is on a mission...

Tinubu has held endless meetings with governors of the North, speakers from the North, lawmakers from the north,.. you seldom see any attempt to treat the south east or even the whole former Eastern Nigeria with the respect they greatly deserve as the region that feeds Nigeria. This is not a coincidence, this is the game plan! Tinubu seem desperate to not only ostracize the East but to humiliate, taunt and insult them as well. These are all happening during the campaigns, just ask yourself; what will happen if this man wins!? And don't forget it is the same man that "made Buhari the president"...
