forget about the foreign lecturers, you can't afford them, you will need to pay them what they get in their respective countries in order to get them to come here to teach, that was quite possible in the 60s to early 80s when our currency was very strong. but if you think you will pay a prof from Harvard University what you pay a Nigerian prof then forget it.
