If u HV not gotten a decision Abt ur application, It means that they r working on ur file. But if u hv gotten a decision, it means that they have closed ur application.

I think plan B should be established due to the current news on VV. If you have more than 2yrs granted,I think other means for PR is the best shot. Gudluk
