trakos: Firstly, let me say Rest In Peace to the dead.I hope he spent his last days pleasing God I cant stop thinking about these so called Politicians and Public office holders,do they really think about life at all Someone loots/steals public fund, take it abroad to hide. What if while coming back his plane crashes, who will live to own that money in the bank. These monies are enough to give us good roads, good basic amenities, put our hospitals in good shape and well equipped. Diepreye Solomon Peter Alamieyeseigha, an ex-governor of Bayelsa state died in University of Portharcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH) ,the same hospital we have heard to be in bad state in recent times. Maybe they would have been able to save his life if they had world class medical facilities ,just maybe. But instead of developing their own country in terms of these facilities, they take the monies abroad. You were a governor for just a few years, you could steal money to go hide abroad, but you could not build a state of the heart hospital in the state you governed.Maybe that would have given you a chance to live longer, maybe there wouldn't have been any need transporting you to yet another substandard hospital in a neighboring state. Money cant buy life, let us always remember that. To my fellow Nigerians, maybe it's time to wake up.These people are not called to deprive us of good living ,so many accidents could be avoided if the roads are good. I lost a friend recently due to accident on a bad road, maybe he wouldn't have left that soon if the roads were better. What is wrong with these people Remember you will not always have that time to be flown abroad,it takes 5/6 hours to get to London. Why not make Nigeria your America,Make Nigeria your UK. Am just weak thinking about all these GodBlessNigeria This are the rubbish nigerians write and attract curse on themselves. Tommorow you will go to mountain of fire to seek help and deliverance. Let the dead rest in peac. Ewu |

freeDR: Simply put, Ameachi is the target. The senate's sledge hammer will crush him. What about Fayemi? Mtcheeeew! In as much as I like Fayose, he sometimes disappoints me. Why on earth will you start supporting Fayemi in his ministerial bid? If he left Ekiti in #79billion debt, then he is obviously a bad manager that is not fit to represent Ekiti. A man should be known for his principles; Fayose should stop darting about like a hoopoe bird. When you defeat your enemy, make sure he's not only defeated but destroyed beyond redemption, or else, he'll be back to destroy you. #finishfayemi You think and reason like michael coreleone in gothfather 2 who feels he needs to wipe out all his enemies completely. I like that! Keep it up |

Christianity Etc › Re: Before You Judge That Man By His Religion Or Tribe...read This. by babasanti: 10:36pm On Oct 08, 2015 |
Thebachelor: Sometime today I took a bike from Mararaba junction heading to Aso. We've covered about 40% of the journey when I heard the "click click" sound of a broken chain. The okada guy stopped, inspected the bike and advised me to take another bike as his can't make the rest of the trip. After a while, one okada guy came along,I waved him down and asked him to take me to my destination. I informed him that I bargained 100 naira with the first dude so they should negotiate the price. The first dude asked him to take 60naira and give him 40naira since he(new okada guy) will cover most of the distance.
The new okada guy just looked at the broken chain and said something in hausa which neither of us (both of us were Christians and southerners) understood.
But from his gesticulation I deduced he was asking me to give the whole sum to the first okada rider. I demonstrated to him to be sure of what he meant and he nodded in affirmation. I was puzzled at this act of kindness and generosity especially because it was geared towards a different religion and tribe. Thereafter, the Hausa, muslim okada rider took me to my destination without charge.
I put this little story up here to make you tribal and religious bigots understand something; Nigeria is not one, that may be true. But the division is not across ethnic or religious lines. The boundary is between the thieving elites and the suffering commoners. That's why an Akpabio will be supporting a Saraki.
So before you throw jabs at that man because of his religion and tribe, understand that he is also a victim of the situation.
#GodBlessNigeria.
Lalasticlala ...help me show this to them, thanks. Another Apc propaganda. Nothin you talk. Nigeria is divided along religious and tribal lines. Until the north will accept they are not born to rule and the oil in our backyard is ours. Then nigeria will be one until then. Rubbish witchcraft party apc! |

I trust them less than half as well as they should like.... Return which money? Is she so poor that she can't own 10million naira. See how poverty has destroyed nigerians mentality that any body that has more than a million naira is corrupt. This woman is a former managing director of shell, do u know what that means and how rich she is. Do you know some total workers in mid level earn 1.5million naira monthly not to talk of shell managing director. |

[b] it was even OJUKWU that brought the idiotic AWOLOWO out from prison in CALABAR in1965 for allegiance to secure freedom and the idiot went back to LAGOS and GOWON promised him to betray the BIAFRANS just for mere MINISTER OF FINANCE. after the war in 1970 that same idiot froze the whole IGBO BIAFRANS ASSETS in exchange of 20naira per person.... still youruba never think twice on how the AB0KIS are using them. LUKEMAN was NNPC chairman for more than 30yrs and opened an OIL RESERVE in KADUNA STATE that will serve the northerners for more than 3 decades and when YARADUA died, GOODLUCK released the RESERVE for the public that made fuel price came down to 65 per liter and that's why the northerners are fighting him using the YORUBA as a tool, now why is PRESIDENT BUHARI interested in being that same minister of petroleum again ? to manage they will say but its a lie, to create a great backup for the NORTHS,incase if there is no NIGERIA tomorrow.... imagine the kind of funds wasted to dredge PIPELINE from south to NORTH... am proud to be a wailer but I don't blame some of my fellow NAILALANDERS cos HISTORIES was never a compulsory subject in school and the BIAFRAN stories was never TOLD to them and that will remind them of where they are and reason why some COUPS are successful and why some FAILED..
