dauaye: payment for March 2013 is on-going. confirm from your silver manager; the Amt you got from Promos is what is converted to share and is in your promotional purse at the end of the billing period (monthly in nigeria). Maybe what she told was at the end of the billing period 90% of your TTT would ve been converted to shares while the cooperation pays you 10%. But in Nigeria we get our 100% payment cos our rep.in Russian exchange that for shares which will make more returns for her. i hope that helps?

That's exactly what i do. My platinum marker payment is deducted from my salary. Instead of sending money, you tell them thats what you want when salary is to be paid so its held back. If your direct upline is a silver manager, tell him/her thats how you want to pay for them. 5000EPM(TTT/LLL/ZZZ)whichever you earned, will be deducted and the rest paid as salary. Thats how its done in my team anyway.

The 3-in-1 is also a type of marker and pays monthly. The 3-in-1 does not convert to shares. However, the promo attached to getting the 3-in-1 is what i was referring to. It shouldn't be a motivating factor cos if promo earnings go into shares, one will have to wait till its cleared to get paid.

The 3-in-1 costs $50 and pays 20 rubbles while the regular markers cost $30 and pays 18 rubbles. Both are paid as salary monthly.

No matter the quantity you buy, the promo prize is still the same In terms of the camera gifts. The 100% applies to the total number u bought in the givEn period. But note that promo prize are not paid out immediately, it will go into shares and be paid months later and so shouldn't be A motivating factor.
The more markers you buy, the more money you make. If you want to do platinum, start with a minimum of 20 markers so that u can pay for it from your marker earnings.

1. the idea that you get paid monthly, i tink was 1 key factor i joined or anybody joined this business. rite now that is not the case anymore. from my understanding, the promotional purses will be paid @ the end of the year or even so be used to buy shares.

Salaries are been paid monthly for markers bought whether in promo purse or not.
As for money earned from promo, if the company decides it will go into shares first before its paid out later, i don't see the big deal. People just want fast money and join only because a promo inspires them. This is a long term biz and the sooner we see it as one, the better for us.
LBM pays monthly salaries for markers bought, that has not changed.

The other markers available for Nigerians is the 3-in-1 markers. They cost $50 each and pays 20 rubbles while regular markers cost $30 and pays 18 rubbles. Also, the 3-in-1 earning is dependent on getting the answer right.
I will still advice on regular markers. The 3-in-1 is atttractive at the moment just because of the current promo. Otherwise, regular markers are far better.

any account number that one can pay money into and you can recieve your money through would do just fine( preferably a domiciliary account or dollar account). because the coorporation prefers to pay in dollars.

NB: you dont need an account number for you to register. your account number would be requested for, a week before you are due for payment.

the current promo is for those already registered(both managers and partners) with the business. there is a promo coming up on the first of May anyway( i have 22+ people i told to wait till then so as to benefit from that promo).
