from what i heard,it might be wrong,they do not replace NYSC certificate, but they will give you a letter.That was ages ago though.pls confirm if your friend was able to get it

Your advice is needed as i am planning on starting a Piggery in nigeria soon.Whatever advice on possible challenges that might be come from running it will be highly appreciated.i am still doing feasibility studies and this will help in shapening my thoughts better.If you have experience in that field your comments will be worth its size in gold.
