Thanks guys for the suggestions so far. The fuses all seem to be intact yet the problem persists. Meanwhile, I also noticed that the dash indicator that shows when and which doors are open indicates that some doors are open when the doors are properly closed. Sometimes it indicates 3 doors are open, sometimes it shows only one is open. Also , my mileage reading has dissapeared. It just shows Trip A and Trip B,with the other digits blank. Is it possisible that water got into some electrical wiring in the engine compartment causing a circuit malfunction or something? @ Kunle, the car was accidented in The States and fixed by the first owner. Unfortunately,I got to know about this after I bought it. I havent had any electrical issues with the car till this point though, |
Thanks bro. I will do a re-check on the fuses personally. My technicians say they checked them all and all the fuses were in order. |
Hello People! Please I need advice. The gauges on my dashboard just stopped working after a carwash. It was working immediately after the wash. I drove to a shopping mall, parked to buy somethings and noticed that after restarting, the reserve light on the fuel gauge was on and I had fuel in the tank. As I drove off, I observed that all the dash gauges with dials were not functioning- the temperature gauge, fuel gauge, speedometer clock and the gauge that measures revs per minute. All other things are working. A scan was carried out with Autoboss V30 and it is either it wasn't diagnosed by the machine or the technician did not know how to use the scanner. Presently, I am being told different stories as to the solution. Some say I should change the speedometer clock, others say I should change the brainbox. Has anyone experienced this issue? I would appreciate all "fully informed" info/advice on this issue. Thank you. |

Hello House, I need your candid opinion/s on an investment issue. For those of us into business and investments in the present Nigerian environment, what businesses can one invest =N=15m with net monthly returns of =N=2.7m thereabouts? How reasonable is this projection? Can this be achieved in the oil and gas/ haulage sector? Serious contributors will be greatly appreciated, less theories please? Thank you. |

Part of the result was shown on the screen. On the report card was a section labelled "place of birth" and it was filled BRITAIN !!!!!!! How come all reports are saying he's Nigerian born ![]() ? Hello good people. I’m thinking of setting up a transport service business where I’ll buy the vehicles and contract drivers who would drop a fixed, agreed amount daily or weekly. I plan to start with cars first. I need advice, especially from those who run (or have run) such, as to the common and not too common control issues encountered/involved and possible ways of mitigating such issues. All viable suggestions to this end would be welcome. Thank you. |
Guys, I've been to 31 states in Nigeria in the last few years. Undoubtably, BY ALL STANDARDS(death counts, state of the road, you name it),the WORST road to travel in Nigeria as at date is the road from Gombe to that Mubi/ Yola axis. It is a daytime nightmare. At night, it is an impossicant, unless you get jazz. I cant find words to describe it. What's the best horror film you know? How I wish someone from that axis would post pictures. Infact, let's all post pictures of the roads we think are bad and visually compare. There is a saying that when someone has not gone out,he will think his father's farm is the biggest. As for me,I have vowed NEVER to ply that road in that state again, even if its with the latest landcruiser with raised shocks going at 20 km/hr. The Devil Lives on that road. |
