Hello. Just seeing seeing your post. The first picture is a color wash finish while the second has faux marble painted pillars. Both require glazes of which I haven't found a Nigerian supplier till date. I try to get these finishes with venetian plaster. Find below pictures from one of my such projects.

To start with, Uboma did not initially give us enough information to enable us come  to a rational conclusion so Siena's initial position was well in order. The fact that later developments along the line in the post proved the person in question to be a fraudster does not invalidate his initial position. But I agree with you that over time, Siena has shown strong tendencies not to apologise, at least not directly,especially as regards retorts.

@ Fixed, nice observation. Before I read down to your post,  I was wondering how Uboma got his banking details.  Anyway it's good the fraudster was exposed, nevertheless, his fundamental banking rights have been infringed upon.I guess this could get him a reduced jail term (lol).

@ Sienna, I've been observing you for some time now. You know you are in the NL limelight. Your issue is that sometimes you get "overly objective" and it's no wonder you get easily misunderstood. A lot of times, I do not believe you bother too much about tact when posting (I'm not particularly referring to this topic, but it's a good example). I imagine you as the type of hunter who sees a bird, aims and fires: no waste of time. Realise that someone may be up that tree plucking fruits. When you miss, you may hit him. Fueling 3 tanks at the same time, that is =N=24,000.00 plus in the name of speed. The fact that the car is 21 years old doesn't even help issues. Chai! "Poverty" is a disease. If I had money I would have bought. What I see now is 24k per week multiplied by 52 weeks in a year = 1.248m for only fuelling = more than cost of car. I'm sorry, I think it's wise I pass. Wow. People don't seem to realise when they're getting a bargain. A car is priced at 180,000 Naira (dirt cheap). Then someone would offer 140,000 Naira. If it was priced at 120,000 Naira, someone would offer 90,000.

Sometimes, a car is cheap enough as it is, without the need to offer stupidly low prices.

My chairman, I stand corrected, but in Naija,an abuse is insinuated in your post above therefore, to my mind, rhemal's response to you is in order. It's  indeed a matter of semantics so kindly render apologies to rhemal. Besides, offering 78% of the asking price is a sign of seriousness. Guy,do ensure that the gearbox is double-checked by an expert if you must buy the automatic version. Better still put in enough fuel and drive around for 30 Minutes. If my experience with golf 3 auto is anything to reckon with, the issues with the gearbox should start showing themselves. Try out the kickdown process too (drive normally up to 50-60km/hr then abruptly step on the gas fully and observe how the car responds). Lastly,and very importantly,do a scan before you commit. Some models have hidden scan ports. Mine was covered with a plastic,clip-like cover around the center console. You will be surprised at what you find out. Do note that chances are very high that the used auto Golf 3 is likely being sold because of a gear box issue. Wish you the best
