From all indication, it is now confirmed that apart from the already known problem of non distribution/ non collection of pvc,'s, Inec is faced with a lot of other teething problems that may warrant shifting of the forthcoming presidential election date forward to address the following problems, like, non completion of training of ad hoc staffs, shortage of staff to handle election at insurgency states, how to deal with I.D.P s (internal displaced persons) and all other logistics unknown to the public but known to INEC. So in view of the aforementioned, it is likely the election date may be shifted forward so as to address this problems.
