Why is INEC not verifying this documents?? And flagging them for incompletion

Next, it will be mountains of lawsuits, many that won't be settled until after the election.. whereas INEC could have been gatekeeping this from the moment any candidate submitted their form..

inec gets billions to conduct elections.. now they will spend millions defending lawsuits that arises from issues like this, where they could habe used maybe 25% of the amount they would spend in the legal defense to avoid this lawsuit entirely by verifying and investigating documents a candidate submitted.

To cut the long story short, I did my traditional marriage 3momths ago, though I met the girl online but before we even started talking about marriage, our chat always flow with fun and togetherness.

But the moment we return back to our base after the marriage this girl started behaving like introvert and a bit celibacy. You were supposed to sit down with her on a very good day and find out what the situation might be.. it might not even be what you were thinking.. it could also be it.. she might be overwhelmed of this marriage thing.. like so, she is out of her papa house like dis.. she can't just be going to hang out with her girls, jist etc..any time she want etc... it is normal to feel that way.. just like women experience post partum disorder.. some women sef experience post partum psychosis.. that is after giving birth, they change.. It seems like they went crazy..

Once you both understand the root cause.. then in unity, you both come up with plans to tackle the situation together.. this is also a learning moment for you both.. to understand yourselves better..

Not to pour kerosene in the fire.. but this is not the end.. ask anyone that have been in marriage 5, 10, 15, 20 ... years they will tell you.. there are moments that will make someone want to run away .. situations like this happens, even to Daddy and mummy GOs, they are not exempt.. this is part of human life.

The difference is, the longer you are in the union, the better you know how to handle/address situations like this. And the better you understand your partner and the best way to get the best out of them..

l was told it's was through my ATM, am not really aware the money was deducted from my account to a bet9ja account, I received the money by 5pm I couldn't get materials that day, I just wokeup in the middle of the night and saw several debit alert

I thought or rather would hope that all ATM have inbuilt camera.. at least the bank could see the image/picture of the culprits

I am familiar with real estate transactions in SS AND SE and this kind of things never comes up..usually new land owners wants to get a survey done to match their documents and that's never been a problem..

I’m writing this with a heavy heart to seek help from anyone with the means, connection, or influence to assist me in recovering my money and arresting the person responsible.
In September last year, I got a contract and received an initial deposit of ₦1,000,000. Sadly, before the next morning, the entire money was moved out of my account without my authorization. Since then, it has been a painful and frustrating journey.
I had no choice but to start the job using my personal savings and loans from different sources. It was hell. I’ve been going back and forth between the bank and the police since last September. I was able to gather some information about the suspect, including a name, phone number, and email address, but still no serious action has been taken. It is very depressing and discouraging. I feel abandoned by the system that is supposed to protect citizens.
This is my last resort. I am humbly appealing to anyone who has connections to security agencies, cybercrime units, or any authority that can genuinely help me recover my funds and bring the criminal to justice. I will be deeply grateful.

Was that a fake alert?

Or did someone have unauthorized access to your account and withdrew the sum? Was it a bank transfer? At least you could see the account the funds went into

It is the new surveyor that I hired. He said according to their practice, since the old surveyor is still alive, only him have the AUTHORITY to effect the change of name.

He offered to contact the old surveyor on my behalf (his contact is on the existing survey). It was after he contacted the old surveyor that he said he's demanding for 10% of the amount of the land.

Wow.. this is my first time hearing of this.. very interesting..

Out of say..curiosity, have you tried to engage another licensed surveyor?

(Apart from the one that told you to meet the original surveyor).
