It depends how far they are from the nearest airport .. the pilot still have to run some checklist and burn some fuel before landing

The trauma this girl had to pass through can't be quantified in money but atleast, a decent amount upfront would help get grow to get to 18yrs to claim the remaining.

A parent sending their child away at this tender age most likely aren't financially bouyant..
