Nigeria cannot get it right with several lawless disregard for court order left and right. You even see Attorney Generals of States misinterpreting cout orders to suit their own position. What manner of country is this? If the head is faulty, how can you make others to comply? In advanced countries like UK and US, once a court makes an order, dem no born you well not to comply.
