They forget that power is fought for and not given on emotion or blackmail, they are always happy if the economy is failing because they are not the one in power, even if the economy is improving, they are also not happy. Is it not for the betterment of everyone if the country makes progress? Imagine calling on the military to take over just because they lost election, why is it that the southern part are not united like the Northern part, you'll hardly see northeners making attempt to bring down the government their fellow people. Didn't Atiku retire back to Dubai after loosing to Buhari, did you see him making inflammatory statements up and down when Buhari was in power, we need to get sense in the south, this is not also ruling out the fact that Tinubu is not getting things right and the hardship he caused by removing fuel subsidy is unbearable and is presently running an unpopular govt.

The current turnaround of Northerners against Tinubu is largely as a result of this betrayal of strong northern figures in favour of much less influential northerners who cannot even deliver votes for him. Tinubu has successfully scattered APC with his own hands and he doesn't even have the whole South on lockdown. He has silently dropped off all other blocs that came together to form the party in favour of only the ACN and non-APC members, preferring to take it all. We hope he can perform enough to get the entire south to align with him in 2027. We watch!
