This is the EU version and supports more LTE bands but it's the same as the K20 Pro for China...

Well I don't think anybody on this thread who ordered through noonobody faced either custom issue or prolonged delivery, only one person I know of on this thread complained too early about not receiving his item within 2-3 weeks

Changing school and course is allowed. The problem is changing country. So get admission in any course of your choice and university PTDF will gladly accept it especially for those going to Germany since university education in Germany is virtually free including German 11 excellence universities: TUM, LMU,Aachen.., except in state of Baden-Württemberg where one pays fees and to some extent France scholars too. For UK scholars, I don't think you can apply to any school except those on the PTDF list because PTDF has some kind of memorandum of understanding with those schools in fees payment(discount ) because UK universities fees are outrageous!

Can one apply for a UK school in the PTDF but a different course?

Battery increased to what? If you want bigger battery capacity, the mi max is there. 4000mah in a flagship device is more than okay, infact it is a major USP. Can't think of more than 5 devices with 4000mah and above with sd855.

You're right... But it seems they're not focusing much on the Mi Max and Mi Note Series... They went mute after Mi Max 3 and Mi Note 3..
