This thrend is so full of tribalism, this fulani people re not purposely doing this Nonsense, it's there tradition that they regard their cattle like human also, and when any harm befall their cattle they revolt, am not saying it's right for them to kill someone but sincerely have known since I was a kid that a fulani herdsman regard a cattle as a human. Am yoruba but I know that fact, Nigerians are so swift to hurt or kill animals and this people won't take such shits, am not saying it's right to kill but we need to give them their preference also. That been said, 'Fulani herdsman are animal in human skin' that's the fact, let's call a spade a spade, but people should sstop looking foor their trouble. Most times they revolt. And you beleive they do that for no reason, that's a lie. When a yoruba man kill their cattle and run away they attack every yooruba they can see, they revolt like the ancient Roman. #NoToFulani Cattle Reared In our farmland, if norths no get grass please feed your cattle with fura lol |

Hours ago, Davido took to Twitter to declare his preference in ‘bitches’ and it degenerated into a very messy fight with a follower who reminded him of his past. “A real bitch over a bad bitch any day,” the ‘Aye’ singer wrote. But the Twitter user had a different idea. “A real bitch will snitch your ass when you ask for nudes, whereas a bad bitch will get so freaky, drive by and smash.” Bad language, folks. We apologise but this gets interesting. Davido lashed out at the fan, saying, “Ur just f**k”, which pissed off the other guy who unloaded on Twitter, Davido’s history with a certain ‘bad’ bitch. See how the messy affair went down:

Praise be to Allaah. It is better to give obligatory zakaah openly and announce it, so that others will follow one’s example, lest one be thought badly of and some people think that this person is not paying zakaah. But if a person fears that he will be showing off, or he fears that it may cause some hurt and embarrassment to the poor person, then it better to give it in secret. It is possible to combine both interests, by giving some zakaah openly and giving some secretly, according to circumstances. Al-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: It is better, in the case of zakaah, to give it openly, so that others will see it and do likewise, and lest one be thought badly of. This is the same as obligatory prayer: it is mustahabb to do it openly. It is only mustahabb to conceal in the case of naafil prayers and fasts. End quote from al-Majmoo‘, 6/228. Al-Mardaawi said in al-Insaaf (3/200): It is mustahabb to pay zakaah openly in all cases, according to the correct view. End quote. Ibn Battaal said in his commentary on Saheeh al-Bukhaari, 3/420: There is no difference of opinion among the leading scholars: giving obligatory charity is better than doing it secretly, and giving voluntary charity in secret is better than giving it openly… The same applies to all kinds of obligatory and naafil actions. Sufyaan said: “‘but if you conceal them and give them to the poor, that is better for you” [al-Baqarah 2:271], except zakaah. This view is like consensus. End quote. It says in al-Mawsoo‘ah al-Fiqhiyyah (23/301), concerning matters to which attention should be paid when giving zakaah: Paying zakaah should be done openly and announced. … al-Tabari said: The scholars are agreed that doing obligatory acts openly is better.. With regard to the verse in which Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “If you disclose your Sadaqaat (almsgiving), it is well; but if you conceal them and give them to the poor, that is better for you” [al-Baqarah 2:271], this has to do with voluntary charity, and is like prayer: offering voluntary prayers at home is better, and offering obligatory prayers in the mosque with the congregation is better. And Allah knows best. |

Praise be to Allaah. The basic principle is that it is not permissible for the Muslim to settle among the mushrikeen. This is indicated by evidence from the Qur’aan and Sunnah, and on the basis of common sense. In the Qur’aan, Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “Verily, as for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): “In what (condition) were you?” They reply: “We were weak and oppressed on the earth.” They (angels) say: “Was not the earth of Allaah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?” Such men will find their abode in Hell — what an evil destination!” [al-Nisa’ 4:97] In the Sunnah, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “I disown every Muslim who settles among the mushrikeen.” Narrated by Abu Dawood, 2645; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood. With regard to common sense, the Muslim who settles among the mushrikeen cannot carry out many of the rituals and visible acts of worship of Islam, in addition to the fact that he is exposing himself to temptation because of the permissiveness in those countries that is protected by their laws. The Muslim should not expose himself to temptations and trials. This is if we look at the evidence of the Qur’aan and Sunnah without paying attention to what is really happening in Muslim countries and kaafir countries. But if we look at what is really happening in Muslim countries, we cannot agree with the questioner when he says, “Especially since the Muslim countries are no longer very different from others with regard to adherence to the laws of Islam.” But this generalization is not correct. The Muslim countries are not all the same with regard to how closely or otherwise they adhere to the laws of Islam. Rather they vary in that, and even within one country, regions and cities may vary in that regard. Similarly the kaafir countries are not all the same with regard to their permissiveness and moral laxity; they also vary in that regard. So given that the Muslim countries vary, as do the kaafir countries, and given that the Muslim cannot go to a Muslim state and settle there because of visa and strict settlement laws etc, and that a Muslim may not be able to practice his religion in some Muslim countries, when he may be able to do so in whole or at least in part in some kaafir countries – for all these reasons it is impossible to issue a general ruling that will cover all countries and all individuals. Rather we should say that each Muslim has his own unique set of circumstances and his own ruling that applies to him, and each person is accountable for himself. If he is able to practise his religion in the Muslim country in which he lives more than he can in a kaafir country, then it is not permissible for him to settle in a kaafir country. But if it is the other way round, then it is permissible for him to settle in a kaafir country, subject to the condition that he is confident that he can resist the desires and temptations to be found there by taking the precautionary measures prescribed in sharee’ah. There follow some comments of the scholars which support what we have said above: Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked about this matter and he said: This is one of the most difficult issues nowadays because countries vary, as stated above, and because for some Muslims, if they go back to their homelands they will be persecuted for their religion whereas they are safe from that in the kaafir countries. But if we say that it is haraam for them to settle among the kuffaar, then where is the Islamic state that will accept them and allow them to settle there?! This is the meaning of what he said, may Allaah have mercy on him. Zakariya al-Ansaari al-Shaafa’i said in his book Asna al-Mataalib (4/207): It is obligatory to migrate from the kaafir lands to the Muslim lands for those who are able to do that, if they are unable to practise their religion openly. Ibn al-‘Arabi al-Maaliki said: Hijrah (migration) means leaving dar al-harb [non-Muslim lands] and going to dar al-islam [Muslim lands]. This was obligatory at the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and remains so after his time for those who fear for their lives. From Nayl al-Awtaar, 8/33, by al-Shawkaani. Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar said concerning the hadeeth, “I disown every Muslim who settles among the mushrikeen”: This is to be understood as referring to those who are not safe to practise their religion there. Fath al-Baari, commentary on hadeeth no. 2825 In al-Mawsoo’ah al-Fiqhiyyah (20/206) it says: Dar al-harb refers to every place in which the rule of kufr prevails. One of the rulings that have to do with dar al-harb is hijrah (migration). With regard to migration from dar al-harb, the fuqaha’ divided people into three categories: (a) Those who are obliged to migrate: they are those who are able to migrate and who cannot practise their religion openly in dar al-harb. It is obligatory upon a female even if she does not have a mahram, if she thinks she will be safe when travelling, or if the risk of travelling is less than the risk of staying in dar al-harb… (b) Those who are not obliged to migrate: they are those who are unable to do so, either because of sickness or because they are forced to stay in the kaafir land, or those who are weak, such as woman and children, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “Except the weak ones among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan, nor are they able to direct their way” [al-Nisa’ 4:98] (c) Those for whom migration is mustahabb but not obligatory: they include those who are able to migrate but are also able to practise their religion openly in dar al-harb. It is mustahabb for such a person to migrate so that he can participate in jihad and increase the numbers of the Muslims. In a fatwa issued by the Standing Committee (12/50): One may also migrate from a mushrik land to another mushrik land that is less evil and where there is less danger to the Muslim, as some of the Muslims migrated from Makkah at the Prophet’s command to Abyssinia. We ask Allaah to set the Muslims’ affairs straight. |

amtaken:I still don't get the motive behind the alcohol fun, why would I want to drink something and I won't understand what I was doing anymore? Isnt that semi-insanity? |
There is something about me whenever I see anyone smoking,I get irritated immediately. Maybe because I just see smokers as unserious people (my opinion) Because sometimes when I see people smoking cigarette under the hot sun and am like, 'Kuku para eh' (Please just commit suicide) Religion aside I can count how long I took alcohol. The first time was 17years back when friends consistently praised the precious bottle of guinness which prompted my doubt about the fun in alcohol. Then one day in a party, I also requested for a bottle of small stout after I saw the sheepish smile on my friends face whenever they gulped their bottle of guiness, they hailed me immediately I requested for a bottle as well and even insisted on a very chilled one specially for my introduction into the world of alcohol, I smiled, opened my bottle and off I went gulping so much of the content. I have to be sincere I was immediately dissapointed about the whole introduction into the world of alcohol because: 1. It was bitter and sour in my mouth 2. I looked around and I saw the way friends were looking so glad and happy gulping all contents and requesting for more. Then I kept imagining? WHERE'S THE FUN. On a normal circumstance, when you take something bitter, you bound to frown but when you take something sweet you get so glad in the whole aura of the taste and fun. I immediately start seeing all my friends on that sit as probably An Alien or better off insane because I kept telling myself? But this thing is bitter why are this idiots smiling and looking so glad? I dropped the bottle and requested for my ever precious bottle of chilled coke and off it went. I didn't say anything when we got home I asked the closest idiot to me, I was like? that guiness you asked me to take at the party yesterday was so bitter, so why were u saying drinking alcohol was fun? He looked at me and said 'that's the fun in it, bitter but sweet at the end of it' I looked at him and walked away in my mind 'This guy is mad' 2 years after that a friend was having a party at the beach and it was all fun and all, then the devil in them just focused attention on me and they were like Debo, why don't you take alcohol sef, I was like, just let me be o! Don't let the devil use you people to start this nonsense alcohol story again o. Then that silly boy told them I don't take Alcohol because it's bitter. Then the ring leader said, oh bitter ke 'Oya take smirnoff ice it's sweet just like your regular coke and fanta' I am naturally inquisitive in nature, I always want to know about things, the bottle was brought down I gulped it and yes it was actually sweet and chilled. In my mind I was like, ehn ehn this is a definition of alcohol, I had two bottle only we left the beach I got home went to bed immediately and I slept off wokeup the next day 5pm just looked around brushed tried taking somethings but within 20mins I went back to bed and slept off again till the next day (slept for 24hours) I wasn't getting the motive behind the alcohol just yet. Months later we were back in a certain club and there was no smirnoff ice and I was told to try hennesy mixed with energy drink, I took it and yes that was sweet too, in my mind I was like! Who ever introduced guinness to me as alcohol is a madman, remember this is my 3rd time of taking alcohol, normally when we go out, am always the unofficial driver because I was lucky my elder brother taught me how to drive as early as 17yrs old so I was the best amongst us all. The day I had smirnoff I guess someone else drove because I insisted I was tired and in the morning I was having this severe headache I thought it was because of the dancing and all. But on this day I was the driver in- charge and that was my doom, everyone else was drunk in the car and slept off, I was the only one awake and driving around 2am in the middle of the night, 'Lekki to ikeja' it was that bad all the cars on the road were just doubled I think that was the day I knew cars are also twin in nature. Normally I was always a good driver, I already drove to Ife when I was just 19/20 so I know what I was doing perfectly but sincerely speaking I was doomed that day, I just can't remember how I drove back to ikeja that day. But in the morning I was having a banging headache and was so weak. Then I realized finally, alcohol wasn't meant for me. That's about 13yrs back because I imagined, if I was married with my wife and kid in the car and am driving home after gulping alcohol, is this how my families life would be risked because of my silly enjoyment? 13yrs and counting I have never tasted any form of alcohol and I have been fine, nowadays when I go out with friends they mostly drink to stupor because they know surely I won't taste a drop of it and I will drive them home. Most times when we go out I drop everyone of them at home each like am a school bus driver, walk them to their doors before I drive home lol. Now my anger? I hate alcohol because I don't understand why I have to drink a poison knowing fully well it can kill me, but whenever am in group of friends when we talk sometimes they point fingers at me as the weakest and lazy one amongst the all because I don't Take Alcohol Why ?? |

Thierry Henry has continued taking steps towards a career in management by completing his Uefa A licence. The former Arsenal and France striker posted a picture of himself being presented with the qualification on his Instagram account. The A licence means the 38-year-old can now manage in the professional game below Premier League level or at an academy. To be able to take a job in the top flight or manage in Uefa competitions he must now go on to complete the pro licence. Henry took the coaching course under the auspices of the Football Association of Wales, as he did for the B licence last year. Henry wrote: “Massive thanks to Osian Roberts @FAWCoachEd & Arsenal Academy for helping me pass my Uefa A Coaching Licence #proud ”

Reports from the UK on Tuesday say that embattled Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger is quite likely to resign his position on one condition. According to reputable British tabloid, Daily Mail UK, in an exclusive report on Tuesday morning, reports in the Emirates Stadium say that should fan protests continue, Wenger will resign his job. According to the report, the management of the club feel that Wenger, who has one more year on his contract after this season has earned the right to determine how he wants to leave having managed the club for 20 years. The report says Arsene Wenger is concerned that growing supporter unrest could force him into an early Arsenal exit — despite having the unequivocal backing of the club’s board. Owner Stan Kroenke has given the beleaguered boss his full backing despite the team’s alarming slump in form. Arsenal are 11 points adrift of Leicester in the Premier League title race and were dumped out of the FA Cup at home by Watford on Sunday. The team faces Barcelona in the Nou Camp on Wednesday needing to overturn a 2-0 first-leg deficit to progress to the Champions League last eight. Fans clashed outside the Emirates following Sunday’s Cup exit and, should the mutiny in the stands get worse, Wenger could do the unthinkable and leave before the end of his contract. Sources, Daily Mail reports, insist Wenger is as determined as ever to continue, but increasing bitterness from supporters who once revered him has shaken the manager. Wenger has always maintained he will leave when he no longer feels he is the right man for the job. And the behaviour of fans until the end of the season could be pivotal as English football’s longest-serving current boss ponders his future. The club has won three Premier League titles and six FA Cups under the 66-year-old — and there is no prospect of Wenger being sacked. Kroenke fully expects Wenger to remain in charge until at least the end of next season, when his deal expires, but the club are developing a succession plan for when he does call time on his distinguished Gunners career. That is a clear indication they believe their manager’s time at the club is drawing to a close and they are considering potential replacements. Pep Guardiola was viewed as the ideal man, but the Spaniard has committed himself to Manchester City.
