isbish: People say Garri dey spoil eye if u take am too much. The rate of Garri I have consumed in boarding house back them hasn't blinded my eyes to see the carricature kind of governance Ekiti people have been subjected to. Fayoshe is using the feeble and gullible minds of the people of Ekiti to portray himself as a man of the people. You can't buy love, it comes naturally. PMB never bought his love, His personality and sincerity of purpose enveloped in Truth, conscience and love for Nigeria gave him that god-like love. Fayoshe is confused, he is riding on a wounded Horse, the end is near for him. you have spoken the minds of the gods , and they they have asked me to convey their message that they're pleased with you. Take a bow! |

Mzgracie: True
I wonder why Fayemi has never been summoned by EFCC for money laundering and the likes.
I stay in Ekiti. I can't pin-point anything the Fayose guy has done since he was sworn in. Rather, you hear him on the radio shouting and clamoring about the debt Fayemi left. He ll even ask the people of Ekiti to grab Fayemi wherever they sees him.
He's a mentor to the thugs aand comedians. It is so obvious, Ekiti state is only a joke to him. No wonder, you see him cutting ponmon and fish in the market.
Fayose is loved by illiterates and thugs like him. Ask sane and educated people, they now regret why they voted for a comedian than an educator.

That's why he's diverting the attention of ekiti people to his street show of eating amala and dancing in the market.
it's for a fact that fayemi has set a standard that the rascal can't meat or beat, hence his attack on him and BUHARI. How ekiti traded a fayemi for this asinine still beats my imagination. |

The Spiritual Director of the Adoration Ministry, Enugu, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka has said his recent visit to President Muhammadu Buhari in Aso Rock, Abuja was scriptural. Recently he paid the president a visit at the Aso Rock Villa and according to Mbaka who spoke to Sunday Sun through his Personal Assistant and Media Chief of the Adoration Ministry, Mr Maximus Ugwuoke, a lawyer, said the attacks on the spiritual director was uncalled for as prophets of old like Mbaka had at one time or the other visited their leaders. “We read those speculations in the media. Many questioned why Fr Mbaka had to visit President Buhari. Those disparaging remarks were actuated by jealousy and chronic envy among Christians nowadays. Fr Mbaka had faced even more satanic blackmail and devilish character assassination than this.” “It didn’t start today as he had faced worse criticisms in the past. We tend to forget that the scriptures told us in Psalm 105:15 “Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm” “Is it a crime for a man of God to visit the President? Apart from being a priest and an anointed Prophet of God, is Fr Mbaka not a Nigerian? If yes, has he no right to enter our Aso Rock (the Presidential Villa).” “For visiting Mr President has Fr Mbaka done what is unscriptural? In Exodus 5, did Mosses a prophet of God not visit Pharaoh in his seat of power in Egypt? Did Samuel not visit Saul in his seat of power in 1st Samuel 15? In 2nd Samuel 12, did Prophet Nathan not visit David in his seat of power? Did we not read about Elisha and Ahab in the scriptures, in 1st Kings 17? In Acts 10 did Peter the first pope of the Church not visit Cornelius in his house? Did we not read in the Bible that even Jesus himself left heaven and came to man on earth? Is it not the hallmark of a real and humble anointed man of God to do what the biblical prophets did? We wonder why those whose insinuations of what transpired during the meeting between Fr Mbaka and Mr President are poke nosing for. Did Fr Mbaka himself not answer their questions in the interview he granted the media during the visit when he stated that he had come to bless Nigerians and pray for their peace? This was aired on Channels, AIT and published in some newspapers. Those who say Fr Mbaka came to be settled by Mr President or that he came on Biafra agenda are on their own. Like I said, Fr Mbaka is not new to such accusations but one thing is clear, Fr Mbaka is not a Ghana-must- go-prophet. Even his accusers know this fact and that was why I said earlier that they make those speculations out of sheer envy and chronic jealousy. Adoration people worldwide know who Fr Mbaka is in matters of morals and chastity and we are happy with him. He is such a man that practically lives a life of fasting and outpouring for the needy. Nigerians are happy with him. We continue to appeal to him not to leave Mr President to fall into the hands of hawks and vultures. We urge him not to mind the accusers and the critics but to keep praying for Mr President as a product of his prophecy. His detractors are just looking for a way to ensure that President Buhari fails so that they would face Fr Mbaka. We urge him to keep blessing Nigeria and Nigerians. It will be recalled that Fr Mbaka had predicted before the presidential election early this year that Buhari would defeat former President Goodluck Jonathan which generated a lot of tension, including the threat to his life. http://www.theheraldng.com/why-i-visited-president-buhari-father-mbaka/?utm_source=&utm_medium=twitter

dearpreye: Everyone should sheathe their needless swords today. We have a budget broken down here and it's our duty to dispassionately analyse it. There's a limit to partisanship; there's absolutely NOTHING anyone can do about it HERE.
The National Assembly keeps getting huge budgetary allocations every year......N115 billion is still way too massive them......That's more than the budget of a few Nigerian states.
I'll have to do more works on why the Presidency will be gulping close to N20 billion; maybe there are certain agencies I'm yet to see captured under it.
Labour and employment gets just N7.8 billion? IMO, too meagre.
Government must stop this pilgrimage waste......its nonsense. Anyone who wants to embark on it should do so with their own resources.
Science and technology gets N27 billion? Ridiculous. That's the future of any nation these days......
Total recurrent is just crazy......BALLOSKI, what's your say? yeah, I quite agree with you. The huge sum going to NASS is way too much. Just less than 500 people taking that in a year is on the high side for a country that's struggling right now. As for the budget for the presidency, I think 97% of it goes to the agencies under it. I'm just interested in how much will be the budget for food and other miscellaneous. |
