Bede2u: shut up....u claimed there were millions of muslims in igboland when the 2006 census listed igbos as 97% christians and 3% others You are lying. Everyone knows that the 2006 census didn't capture Nigerian's tribe nor religion, or were you not an adult back then? How then did you come up with this statistic you pulled out of the air? |

BlacSmit: The BBC doesn't respect the religious base of it followers. How can you wish Christians Happy Eid?
BBC is disgusting! There are hundreds of thousands if not millions of Igbo Muslims just as there are confirmed millions of Hausa/Fulani Christians. No Muslim Hausa will take offense if the BBC were to wish the Christians amongst them a merry Christmas. The BBC was merely wishing the Igbo Muslims a happy Ed fitir but the bigots amongst you never failed to disappoint |

You're begging for Senate presidency, you're begging for speaker HOR even the presidency. Why should lions be screaming marginalization in the midst of goats? Please watch Nat Geo wild and see the way true lions behave in the jungle before you use such a stupid analogy again |
Politics › Re: "President Buhari Has Not Approved State Police" - Presidency. by Balyz: 8:14pm On Jun 03, 2019 |
ozoigbondu: The president does not have the power to create state police it must be approved by the national assembly and knowing them it will take years for it to be approved
S 214 (1) of 1999 Const states: "There shall be a police force for Nigeria, which shall be known as the NPF, and subject to the provisions of this section no other police force shall be established for the Federation or any part thereof."
This is why the NA matters a lot and why saharareporters are liars Honestly I wonder how some ignorant people can think that the president has the power to unilaterally ammend a section of the Constitution without following due process. It just goes to show how ignorant of the law most Nigerian youth are. Thank God you are far from being in that category by posting the section of the consideration that forbids him from doing so |

Education › Re: Ipod In Exam Hall: Landmark University Expelled My Friend. What Can He Do? by Balyz: 2:22pm On Jun 02, 2019 |
francescainnoce: Very correct and you hit the nail right on the head. He explained the scenario that led to that incident. The iPod is the device he use for revision nd had used that the night before the exam. So there were materials on the device but these were for revision purposes and he had not intended to use it. INFACT, he emphatically asked that they check his answer script with the material found on the device - his argument is that he didn’t use the material. But the uni expelled him based on the material. He can’t inform his mom; for fear of high blood pressure and tension. But his guardian ( elder sister) is very much in talks with the lawyer as it stands. The hope is that the appeal would yield a positive outcome. We don’t mind punishment but expelling after how many millions - now that is truly hard. Everything depends on the rules of the institution. If there is a specific rule explicitly stating that the punishment for bringing an electronic device into the exam hall is outright expulsion, then your friend has no case and you had best advise him to write another JAMB. |

hisexcellency34: Nigeria can only have peace if an Igbo man becomes President Now this is the kind of blackmail that pisses the rest of the country off. If you want the presidency, you come out and run for the office and not resort to issuing empty threats. Nigeria is bigger than any one single tribe |

Deny us presidency and we go.
One Nigeria is not by force. You have no special rights to the presidency, not anymore than any of them over 300 other ethnic groups in this contraption. You either play by the rules of the game, or be kept out frozen in perpetuity. Nobody is going to dash you power on a platter of gold and all your blackmail will fail |

obailala: But the reason people always bring a reference to GEJ is very simple and commonsensical isnt it?
99% of the people accusing Buhari of every single thing (both meaningful and meaningless accusations) are die hard GEJ admirers who approved of everything he did. So if they hailed GEJ or defended him for doing something, what sense does it make for the very same set of people to castigate Buhari for the exact same thing?... So the best way to effortlessly remind these set of people of their folly is to simply just remind them of how they hailed GEJ for the very same things they accuse PMB of. Good point |

NkayStory: You can take it as a threat if you like.,but if Igbos are to continue sharing Nigeria with you lots then they MUST PRODUCE THE PRESIDENCY!..There can never be peace without justice
Nigeria is already a mess as we speak and in an extremely precarious situation..stuppidly playing into the hands of IPOB daily.
Therefore if you "one Nigerianists" are sincere wih that, you know what to do.
Otherwise whatever you see going forward from 2023,better accept it. No amount of threats or blackmail can intimidate Nigerians into granting the presidency to igbos. You will have to work for it just like any other ethnic group that has held the position before. Even Buhari that is president today wasn't assured a smooth ride to the office but had to be in the trenches for 12 years before he could clinch it. So tell your political class to wake up, do their homework and convince the rest of us on how an Igbo presidency is in the interest of us all |

That said.. this country will be broken into pieces if an Igboman does not become President before Yorubas and no one is begging you lots..
Just watch as insecurity and mayhem engulfs this country..That is a promise. Are you threatening us? Is your agitation for a Biafran state a form of blackmail against us to yeild the presidency to you? |

Viva Biafra. All our people in countries all over the world went for rally with policemen escorting them. Nigeria has bitten more than it can chew. As of present we are going it in a peaceful way and the world knows. You have been killing us and we've been enduring. The day we will take up arms, they will support us.
