Trust me i did the review before going for spark k7 but mine got 2gb ram.

The hot 5 lite got 2 type the one with finger print scanner which has 2b ram and the one with 1gb ram.

the spark k7 camera is better than the infinix camera no doubt.. presently using the spark k7 2gb ram edition

The Infinix hot 5 lite is just one type. The other one with fingerprint scanner is hot 5,hot 5 lite is the smaller version without fingerprint and also with 1GB RAM.

Apart from the camera which is not really up to what is expected, those that ordered through me are fine with every other aspects.

I bought it last week in the evening of Dec 18 at #31500, In the ten days of my usage, its been hell. Am regretting it bitterly I went for it, I should have gone for Hot 5.

Jumia is just getting worse everyday!
I ordered on 20th of last month. I was just told now DAT dey couldn't deliver my order and DAT I will be refunded within 24 hours after waiting forever for d fone.

I noticed now DAT dey don't respond to mails swiftly as dey do b4. Now, it's 2,3,4 working days unlike b4 DAT is within 24 hrs.
I don't think I'll ever shop with dem again since dey are no more reliable.

Common sense should tell u that its a typo error u don't have make it obvious because u want to market goods and besides jumia is cheap , very expensive now .do market research all d time and jumia is almost 2-5k higher in price to compare with wat we get in our local shops any giving time

As regards delayed delivery, i am not saying it is fast especially when it is from abroad you will need to wait for 10-20 days.

Trust me, if you can get an item at cheaper rate i will even tell you to buy it from wherever it is sold cheaper since they are of same quality. It is not about your money to me but quality service. I am not also saying you can get quality products all the time but i can assure you of fast return and refund in case of any issue.

You need not shake boss. The issue with the Homtom he talked about isn't new to many computer guru. The best Jumia can do in his case is to get it delivered to him which was done. I usuallt tell my customers who go for such phones without name in Nigeria that the only assurance i can give is return if any issue occurs within 7 days after delivery, after that the issue is completely out of Jumia's care and no warranty.

I know my customer want to buy which will count for me, but what is the essence of buying today without satisfactio which will not bring you nor those around you to me again?
