Wrong comparison. I hate long arguments but are you aware that states in the US are fighting each other in a price war to be the one to first receive ventilators from Chinese manufacturers?
The law of demand and supply favour innoson and this is time for him to gain world wide recognition. Imagine a US state ordering for 500 ventilators from innoson! Do you know the amount of free publicity - quality PR he will get? Let us imagine the impossible that he produces the ventilators and Nigeria does not buy from him (of course that is impossible). Many foreign countries and private donors will buy from him

Innoson is a Private Business man he can't go into producing Ventilators without a Ready market to buy it . so that 4 billion maybe contract to supply Govt 5000 ventilators . Just like Dangote cannot Build Refinery without direct assurance of oil well from the Nigeria Government
