No I will not. The Nigerian constitution is clear on the matter, anyone who has lived in a state for 10years and above is allowed to claim the state as long as he is a Nigerian.

There is nothing like he lied. When filling the form for election he had satisfied the laws requirements for becoming a lagosian( you live in the state for 10years upwards) since he had worked in the civil service for 22years

Once youve been resident in a state for 10years you are allowed to claim the state plus the edu family in Épé is his maternal family.
