Once the account is funded in naira it ask you to create a dollar card if you look down on the screen on main page, and once you click it you have the option of dollar card $2 and $4 for gift card. So take the $2 option and proceed to create, when creating the card it ask how much you want to take from your naira to dollar and it sum up everything plus the dollars card charge of $2 at the barter rate you’ll see everything on this page, edit the amount you intend to credit your dollar card and proceed. Once that is done it shows on your balance how much you have on your dollar card and then it’s good to use just like other cards. And at add more it ask at a point to personalize your card, that is by writing a name to identify the differences between your naira card and dollar card

So, will where do I pay the school and will I get telex with the platform?

You add money. Use black market rate.
Visit this link to have an idea of black market rate.
Abokirates.com

Lets assume your school fee is 1000gpb. And according to this link i gave you. It says rate for gbp in the blackmarket is 758. You can just add 20naira extra just incase. Worse comes to worse the excess will still be in ur barter.

So. Since you will now credit your barter with 778,000 naira being money for (1000gbp x 778)

Please what next after this

Well, it is a very good deal... sold my 2003 sport version last month for 1.7m despite being used on the platform for 2 years and also had an accident. The major factor is the maintenance culture. Corolla has a very high 2nd hand value, more than any other car. Bought the car as toks, nov 2018, stared the hustle April 2019, accident may 2021, fixed and sold June 2021. Bought for 1.450m, served 2½ years and sold for 1.7m. Bottom line is the maintenance culture.

So, please what is your advice to newbies on car maintenance.

Could you kindly take me through what and what to do and how to do it to ensure the vehicle last. I'd appreciate the basics then the complex practices too

The average of a hard working driver for a day is between 20k and 25k, for lazy drivers like Felicity l can say btw 10K to 15k everyday, so he will need 3days
To make what a hard working driver will make, in order to be fair to all parties and for the success of the value chain 2/3 days should be dedicated to car owners and 4/5days for drivers, in a nutshell delivery shoud be btw 40/50k weekly so every person on the value chain will be contented, the platforms have set the ball rolling by increasing what drivers earn to keep them happy its only logical that everyone on the value chain should be happy.
From my observations, a lot of UBER drivers in Nigeria are well educated and think logically, not like danfo drivers, UBER driving should be seen as a stepping stone to better things.
For drivers that have big dreams and hope to become successes in life, show your dashboard to encourage others, as to what can be accomplished,
Nov/Dec is the 2m gross period for those hardworking drivers with a plan, and January is the month that you invest the 2m you have saved to generate a new income stream, implement your new business idea,
The choice is stark and simple you are either a Felicity, who talks a lot and accomplishes nothing
Or you are a Kanuisgoat who shares his dashboard and is born to be great, Kanuisgoat has a plan & becos he has a plan and he is not bothered about greeting or such infintesimal nonsense.
The ball is in your court folks.

If you're talking about the amount made please specify if it's net or gross, because I see you're so pained by those figures.

Mind you, if you vibrate from now till tomorrow, drivers will still never remit more than what's stipulated in the contracts. Presently, 25k is the average weekly remittance, some go as high as 30k with other conditions attached. Right now, I bet you, the only reason a driver would take your car at 40k weekly delivery is desperation and you'll see it on your car after a month or two. Nobody will do 40k or 50k weekly, if you want it review your agreement with your Driver or start driving yourself because it's obvious all you were told was there's money in ehailing and went and buy corolla, only to start monitoring dashboards here.
If I rent your car for 70k and I make 400k, what you'll get is your 70k the rest is none of your business. So please stop littering the thread with your pain. If you really want 120k per week, hit the streets. From jakande to vgc surge starts around 6 to 6.30 am everyday. You can as well go around Lagos island, surge is constant there work 6am to 11pm, you can make 100k in a day or even more.

I think it's important we note that even if anyone is netting NOT GROSS 30k a day if it's possible, I think we should note that the person must have worked about 12 hours in a day or more. I'm sure nobody for the sake of his health and well-being of the car would do such back to back. Moreover there are some miscellaneous we fail to put into consideration. Finally, I feel the owner and the driver should have a proper discussion on what to deliver.
I know drivers who sugar coated the owner with high delivery amount just to get the car and it ended in mayhem because the amount wasn't feasible.

My take is, let the driver and owner have an agreement. If it pays you fine, if it doesn't, fine

I am really surprised that alot of guys here boost of making over 30k a day here, how come 25k remittance to car owners is recommended? Meaning the owner of the car of 2.5M is only getting one day of work. Or it's not possible to make over 25k a day? It doesn't seem fair to car owners.

Better don't mind those dashboard guys with their audio money

I want to give out my tokunbo Toyota corolla for weekly delivery, I need advice on the procedure to take and how much weekly the driver should conveniently deliver to me.
Thanks in advance.

Let the driver provide guarantors
25k is good rate for delivery, 100k a month.

This guy @matrix414 is a driver in need of a car. He is a diligent hardworking and honest man. I can vouch for him.

Good afternoon everyone, so it appears I got scammed in my quest to get a vehicle to run this hustle. So I saw this number online +2348059443536 saying they're into vehicle rentals for uber/bolt. I called to confirm, he said vehicle is available I should go to their office at Suite 41, Office complex, opposite forte oil. Oba igunji road, Ogba and he sent me his boy's number ADETUWOJU STEPHEN AKINTOMIWA.
I was told I'd present my drivers license, lasdri and application fee of 2k, which I accepted. I don't have LASDRI but I had to pay 3k to do it since he said the vehicle was sure.
He inspected my documents collected 2k and gave me application form and guarantor form to submit later. I asked how long the whole process was going to take, he said with the background check, it should take a week. After a week, I asked what's up he said he's done his part and submitted to the management, they'll get back to me, 2 weeks gone, I contacted my guarantors if they were called by these guys, got a negative feedback.
I called the Steven guy again, he said there's nothing he could do, document is now with the management. Then I called his boss to ask for update, I told him what happened, he said he'd get back to me. I called on Monday, he said they'll send me an email, nothing was sent, I called again today he said they just sent an email this morning. I searched all my emails spam, inbox, draft nothing was there. I called the boss again to even ask for the content of the mail, he blocked my line. This is the Stephens number +234 818 941 1876. His picture is attached as well. Don't fall victim too.
