So I went on Quora to ask what for the blast radius of a fuel tanker truck. The darndest response was: big enough not to be near it.

Stay safe folks.

Something is off about those tweets.

His prayers should go out to those in pain or families of the bereaved not the responders while he should simply commend the responders for their effort/intervention.

This is very insensitive and somewhat sanctimonious.

I sympathise with families of the bereaved. May they find courage to bear their loss.

To the soccer experts of Nairaland, can any one tell me why a team like South Korea ( which was already disqualified after Sweden scored against Mexico) would put so much energy in a game that was irrelevent to them?
You should ask yourself why Morocco played the way they did against Spain. Then you'll have your answer.

Yeah if u are applying to other countries, just state ur previous visa refusals if they ask u to. For example Ireland requires u state ur previous visa refusals and explain the refusal and also attach the refusal letter to ur application. Make sure u declare all previous visa refusals.
Okay thanks. Australia just needs the reasons. But do you think a previous case of (innocent) misrepresentation would mar a visa application?

Remember me from the Canny thread?

I need more info on this prior misrepresentation issue. I believe VOs for other countries would treat the new app based on current docs submitted.

egopersonified:
There is absolutely nothing wrong with working for someone. The most important things are improving yourself by acquiring the relevant certificates in your field, gaining experience, saving up capital for your business, etc. Two statements I read help shape my thoughts.
1) Read somewhere that during an interview, an Igbo guy was asked why he wanted a job and was not in business, he replied that he just came to save up for his capital
2) A boss advised his former colleague that your job pays you twice, you are paid your present salary and you gain experience that pays you in the future. Once you aren't learning anything new, its time to get out.

Then again, if I was working in Shell and being paid N2m per month, wetin consign me with business, na to save dey buy properties and retire as an international landlady.
Brilliant comment!

E-diot na only that chair dey that church? the fact that you sat there taking photos instead of relocating shows you were enjoying it it.
The part of the Bible that asked you to "flee" from iniquities I guess you've never read.

Precisely Churches wasn't made for only the righteous, in fact the purpose of the church was for the sinners to come in and receive salvation. so, you don't expect everyone coming to dress like a deeper life or Lord Chosen member.
Even if you caught someone acting porn in the church you know what a true Christian should have done than taking it to net.

Era of Technology was supposed to make humans smarter, but reverse is the case... they're getting dumper and more dumper.

If you quote me wrongly for giving my humble opinion, your network provider will zap all your data instantly.

You can try getting the TCC at FIRS by paying an amount and explain to EA that your company is not enrolled on any pension scheme and if you can get your coy to print your pay slip for you on d letterhead as well that should help.
Thanks, fatima04. I hope that amount won't empty my account embarassed. I'm looking at 5yrs.

Many thanks for your response, stifo2012.

Just to clarify, I know that I do need a reference letter for option 1. Are you saying that I need an offer/employment letter as well?

Getting a TCC and/or Pension Statement may be difficult for me sad

For TRA, I know someone that successfully used bank statements and pay slips. I wonder why EA is unnecessarily difficult.
Travel › Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by Bamz(m): 6:52am On Jun 24, 2018
Hello guys,

I have some questions. For EA:

1. Do I still need an employment/offer letter even when I'm going with an option 1 reference letter (as in the EA MSA doc)?

2. If I worked with a company for 2 separate periods (with the same job descriptions), do I need just one reference letter for that?

3. What happens if I have access to only bank statements and pay slips to prove employment? What are other employment evidence combinations can I use?

4. Are online MOOCs and study for Cisco exams of any use for CPD? I reckon they would come under private study and short courses respectively

Thank you
