Now the thing is I'm needed to pay part fee of 9k CAD and the full payment of the remaining 18k CAD before my registration. The deadline for my part payment of 9k CAD is 17th of may and I need to have about 12k CAD for living expenses and the program is just 1yr o and I have 3 children and my husband. My question is how can I apply for student loan and also will I be able to move my family within that 1yr? The school is DLI accredited. What are the procedures I need to use to apply for study permit/ visa? Pls o my people reply me ASAP

Yes u can move ur family but I know nothing about loans. And u going to need enough funds nd wonderful hometies to succeed.

Go there in person to book appointment, then beg the officer nd make dem see reason why u need it done urgently. They will assist

I quite understand to an extent d immigration rules. See according to the IRCC immigration laws, u can only deny people on some grounds which are, funds, willingness to return back home, purpose of travel nd misrepresentation or fraud. That is why in ur application make sure u tackle extensively these areas. So whatever reason d VOs have they must find a way to put it under this reasons. That is why ordering for ur note(s) is important. Nd u should play on d VOs emotions in ur SOP.

Congrats Bro. What God can not do, does not exist. Is the 20m enough to cover the whole expenses, both the tuition fee and living expenses of u and ur wife?. Because a lot of applications got denied because of using company acct as POF, especially when its not ur personal busness

Like I’ve always stated here, ur SOP is your power house. And it has to be a true life story, and be sympathetic nd compassionate in it, the VOs are human too. Learn to play on their emotions with empathy. And in a situation where u want to cook up something try to make it look so real it helps.
When I was filling d IMM FORMS, I stated d available funds for d program duration is over 109,000cad. The 20m was a proceed from d sale of d house gifted us by sponsor, I also stated that we own a 2010 Camry car which we will sell before traveling (note dat d car is not sold yet), I stated d worth there (note no evaluation or certificate of any kind), so funds for d program is 20m plus 4m from car to be sold, nd the 2500cad monthly x 3yrs from sponsor, I did proper justice to all this in the SOP nd it was very simple nd easy. I also draw out a table as adviced by @Bobomaigida that shows my revenues nd expenses, so that d VO will know that I know nd I’m sure abt what I’m saying, total expenses for a year fr us both tuition+living expenses+miscellaneous is 39k cad for a 3 yrs program but I dissected all dis calculations in a table nd it was very explanatory that there’s more than enough for d 3 yrs, I was d one that decided to do sumtin different by saying sponsor will support with 2500cad monthly, unlike others just writing letter of sponsorship that just says there is a sponsor and he will sponsor u. I can say confidently that I’ve gained so much knowledge nd experience in dis visa application stuff from my researches nd questions nd dealings with people both home nd from abroad.

Upfront medicals 21st February
Biometrics 13th March
Medical request 22nd March
Medicals updated to pass 30th March
PPR for both 31st March

-LOA (undergraduate) (we didn’t pay a dime tuition fee, except 100cad for app)
-Waec cert
-Birth certificate
-SOP
-Marriage certificate
-Wedding pictures
-Family pictures
-Travel history pages of passport
-Change of name affidavit&newspaper publication
-My company documents
-My wife has a logistics business also, so the delivery bikes picture.
-Landed property allocation letter (it’s an estate land in Abuja) no survey no valuation no C of O.
-Employment letters for wife.
-Letter of Recommendation from office
-Pay slip just one month (February)
-Personal bank statement of just one month with balance of 20.8m balance. (I explained lump sum of 20m as proceed from sale of gifted property).
-The account was opened 17th February.

-Although I stated she has an existing zenith bank acct, but due to the CBN cash redesign policy Zenith closed their branch’s so that’s reason for new account. And I added newspaper publication to that effect.

-Recently purchased 2plots in my village (just sales receipt)
-Gift deed for a 3 bedroom apartment from sponsor

I might want to agree wit u on the scam part, I don’t know who she’s representing.
Everything has always been off about her/him. And always defensive and abusive. U can only be so paranoid when there’s more to the matter.
After u asked her to provide timeline she took about 2 weeks to do so, timeline that everybody release even with pictures when they post their testimony. Then someone asked her for a picture evidence. I bet she will never show or maybe she will in the next 2 weeks after she’s done working on Corel draw.
Not that anyone owe us evidence or anything but the fact that most pple are asking questions here doesn’t mean they are fools, they just not knowledgeable in the area of visa application that’s all!
People shouldn’t come here to try to deceive others. Na like this God go deh expose them, trying to take advantage of people’s situation!

Well someone helped my wife applied on 7th January nd she got admission on 25th less dan 3weeks. U might want to contact him if u interested I also got his contact from someone on dis platform. He made securing d admission easy

My concern is this, first bank is actually dec -march (4months) but in days it's not a complete 4 months. Anything to be worried about as I hv submitted the application?

U don’t have anything to worry about at all.

She also have 7.5million in her account ( ~cad22000), does it make sense to get refusal based on insufficient fund since she will only need 6000+10000 = cad 16000

Sorry for the refusal. But u sure need more than 16000cad if it is self sponsor. U need about 22k. That is 4k for miscellaneous nd 2k for return ticket shown. 7.5m = 22k on the dot.
So u might have to increase ur PoF some. And u need to explain the source of d funds sufficiently with evidence. If any lump sum explain in details. And for ur info, not all province has living expenses for 10,000cad. Some are 11,500. See ur LOA for info on that.

Since u want to use self sponsor u need a gift deed, and u need to establish ur relationship with him just to be on a safer side. U might likely need his passport too. Not that it’s mandatory but u never can tell what VO will look out for.
And as for the pension certificate stuff.
Ur major work is in ur sop.
And I hope u have enough home ties this time?

My Paternal Uncle based in Canada but he's sponsoring me with his Nigerian bank account (like a saved money for my education to support my dad). Presently, he has transferred the remaining funds including tuition balance,living expenses and other expenses to my bank account

Now I want to reapply:
1. Am I stating I am applying as self sponsored since I have the remaining funds with me? Then show gift deed letter (notarized)
2. Should I show his bank statement (I feel no need because I have received the funds already).
Note: I have the proof of income document which is his Nigeria retirement money saved.

3. In my letter of explanation to address previous refusal. Is there any need to show his international passport?

Actually that’s the point we are putting. But for the leave in my company. I can’t get a leave for 2yrs. Can only apply for 30days leave. If not for the baby I would hv allowed her go alone and join later. But no way she can manage with infant and stil go to school.

That’s no problem u can use other things. Just emphasize in ur sop about the reason u are going with her and the necessity of returning back. Use emotional blackmail it works, the VOs are human too nd they understand how family works. I used it to nd it worked. Ur sop is ur power house
