Stomach ulcer is majorly caused by Helicobacter pylori (bacteria) and or continous use of Non-steriodal pain reliever drugs like ibroprofen. So except H. Pylori can be (or was found) found in a woman's pvssy, i cant connect the dots to stomach ulcer as per a Microbiologist.

I have tried it with two girls i was in a relationship with. Each time i end taking drugs because my stomach rumbles. It was a couple of times.
