Me:i mentioned about 5courses have taken since i started my program.
Vo:No,i meant the courses you took last semester.
Me;ohhh okay,so i mentioned 3 courses,but then it was taking me long to remember the courses so I mentioned 3courses out of 5 fpurses that i did that i can remember while he kept on looking at my transcript nd typing.
Vo:so what semester are you now?
Me:4th and my January semester would make it my 5th semester

Vo:,okay,so what courses will you be taking next semester?
Me:i listed about 3 IT courses i know i will register for because i dont know what courses i will be taking yet.
Vo:okay so tell me why do you want to transfer from the st lucia canpus to the Newyork and where is this campus?
Me: we have about 4 different campuses,3 if them are located in newyork and the 4th is in st Lucia which am currently enrolled and i am transfering because of my gPA last semester which i was on the presidential list and the school gave an option to every students on both the presidential and Deans List if they would like to transfer and i choose the option to transfer so i can take my major courses on site for better. Understanding and this would also give me the opportunity to meet up with my collegues who we have been working on a project online.
Vo:so why cant you take this courses online? Why do you want to transfer?
Me:this courses are major courses that requires alot of Physical Practicals whereby if i take it on site i will have a better understanding of this course.
Vo:keep typing
Me and i just de pray to God but i don de confused,and i didnt stopped looking at him.

Sorry to read about your denial. My observation in regards to ur own explanation is that you could not give a cogent reason why u wanted a transfer to a U.S. Uni. U need to do a research on the U.S. Uni and get the educational benefit that exist there that ur St. Lucia Uni can't provide for you.
You still have a good opportunity of getting ur application approved.

No fewer than 75 members of the outlawed Boko Haram insurgents have reportedly been killed by local hunters in Michika and Madagali local government areas of Adamawa state.

The insurgents which had taken control of the two local government areas of the state and parts of Borno State were reported to have ran short of ammunitions, a situation which left them unprotected.

A source in the area said that on discovering that the insurgents were dearth of ammunition, the local hunters pounced on them and started killing them.

He said normalcy has begun to return in the affected areas as Nigerian Soldiers have recovered the local government areas from the insurgents.

Please house, I have a little challenge when attempting to book my appointment @Ustravel website for my interview.

I earlier had the issue of duplicate account which their help desk service helped me to correct by sending them another of my working email id. But before then I had an appointment Scheduled with one of the previous accounts. When i tried booking another appointment with the new account they created for me, it couldn't accept my MRV transaction reference number.

How should I go about this? Should i cancel the previous appointment i booked with one of my old account because the help desk told me both of my old account has been deactivated but each time i log in into d old account my appointment date i earlier scheduled is always displayed. How can i book for an appointment date with my new account using the same MRV transaction ref number since the site is not accepting it ?

YES, you can attach a scratch card with the Result printout, But I'm not saying this is a guarantee that it will be acceptable by the VO oooo. But if you are smart, there's a way you can mindle your way for the VO not to ask for your WAEC cert.

Do you know what you will do, If Possible carry a Laptop bag that has many zips or a bag that has many areas where you can keep docs. So keep your online WAEC result seperately and the scratch card too, DON'T ADD THE WAEC along wth your other docs like the DS 160 confirmation page, int'l passport, i-20 e.t.c.

So let the interview go smooth, so should incase the VO request for you to pass your docs to him, he won't have every reason to spot your WAEC scratch card in your folder. That's why I said you should keep it seperately from other docs in your bag..

Photocopies of Documents are NOT acceptable @ the US embassy. The VO will still need to see the ORIGINALS. Since you going for masters studies, there is a high Chance that your WAEC won't be requested!.
The VOs request WAEC cert more from undergrad students!

please house, am kind of trapped filling my DS-160 in the section of sponsorship. can i use the company/organisation category list as my person/entity paying for my trip since my sponsor uses joint account with her husband and her name and that of her husband are in my i-20 form? Does it necessary have to be a registered company name? because i intend using their names on company name column. This is because if i try selecting other persons as my person/entity paying for my trip, it does not accept two separate names.

@ the trip sponsorship, it should be the same as the academic sponsorship. Whosoever is sponsoring you should pay for your trip.

In DS -160 Form, the section that request for filling in two persons in your country of residence who can confirm the information on the DS- 160 form, can someone fill in a friend name? Or is it necessary for someone to fill in lecturer's name who may know or taught d person while in university? Do one need to present letter of reference from such individuals?

Also, in d area of who is paying for ur trip, is it same for d academic sponsorship?

It depends on what your want, some houses are expensive than others, just look up kijiji.ca or craigslist.com and search for housing where your school is and compare the cost.You can go to home stay being a new comer after getting used to the environment if the the place suit you ,you continue if not you look for a better place,the advantage of a home stay if that you have a place you will move into and get settled as you land.
