Bimfo: Thats the Sad News.. I dont want another Course..
Brace up for it, except of course you have another school in mind. Admission ain't that easy; limited spaces and much aspirants. Many students get courses they didn't choose, and believe me they're lucky to.

What's your choice course?
EducationRe: Federal University Of Agriculture, Abeokuta(FUNAAB) 2014/2015 Admissions by barackohandso(m): 7:23am On Aug 02, 2014
As people have rightly said; no specific cut off mark for colleges/departments in Funaab, it all depends on general performance. I'm sure everyone knows how to calculate their composite score by now. I had a friend who had a composite of 61% going for business administration last year but wasn't admitted but that was last year, when the cut off was still 180, where about 15,000 students wrote the post utme and there was no essay writing requirement.

dmcdad: I would say yes. But not by a long margin. Bartra has shone when given game time how promising he is. If he gets more, it would surely be an upward trajectory. Same could be same of Marquinhos too, and that is why he is regarded as the heir apparel to Thiago Silva.
Abeg stop hyping Bartra, the dude's average. He's 23 for crying out loud. How much game time does he require again? Left to me he'll be sold. We deserve better
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Offical Bayern Munich Fan Thread: 6x Champions Of Europe by barackohandso(m): 10:42am On Jul 31, 2014
A40: Nothing initially at least till it looked like he was hell-bent on destroying my team. He has won what he was expected to win! 2 out of the 4 trophies were on the back of another man's sweat (Don Jupp). Pep's rubbish tactics had us struggling against rubbish teams like A$$nal and Man yoo. Even Barca at its lowest ebb beat Madrid twice so how could we have lost so scandalously if not for sabotage?

Pep deserves no credit for Germany's success. Is he the one that taught Götze the technique to score that goal or Schürrle to be such a beast off the bench or Neuer and Lahm to be the best at their positions or Hummels and Boa-TANK?
I'm sure If Pep had gone on to win, your lines would've been different. Even Jupp's team struggled at home and almost crashed out against Arsenal, it's the beauty of the game. Your team's loss to Madrid simply showed that the best teams have weaknesses too, although it's embarrassing for the holding champions but Madrid had also beaten 3 previous German teams with scandalous scorelines en route to the final, so no sabotage anywhere
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Offical Bayern Munich Fan Thread: 6x Champions Of Europe by barackohandso(m): 10:27am On Jul 31, 2014
Davidbanky: I will like to correct ur line 8 sir, our champions league success, bayern/Germany synchronized jupp's reign, until guardiola gives us a champions league before we can synchronize his team with any German success ... Thank you
Pep was in charge of Barca when Spain won the WC and in charge of Bayern when Germany won it, that's what I mean. It's what it is though; a coincedence, I don't put much on it. It's just media frenzy
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Offical Bayern Munich Fan Thread: 6x Champions Of Europe by barackohandso(m): 10:20am On Jul 31, 2014
raumdeuter: What difference does it make when you signed Sevilla Europa cup winners best player after going trophyless

At least you made sure Sevilla would never rise for the time being
Still off point. I still believe you know the drill but just keep going on a chain reaction. Even with Rakitic, Sevilla still won't compete for the league. Mourinho sold Juan mata to man utd when he knew they weren't a rival anymore last season. As far as league competition goes, it's just Bayern and maybe Dortmund in Germany, no thanks to your 50+ rule
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Offical Bayern Munich Fan Thread: 6x Champions Of Europe by barackohandso(m): 12:56am On Jul 31, 2014
raumdeuter: DO you notice any league butchering when Rakitic and Matthieu moved to Barcelona?

How come we havent seen you crying and crusading for the smaller Sevilla and Valencia
At least we didn't sign Real Madrid's / Atletico Madrid's best players
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Offical Bayern Munich Fan Thread: 6x Champions Of Europe by barackohandso(m): 12:37am On Jul 31, 2014
A40: ^^
I'm sure the analyst meant Kroos plays well when the team is playing well

That isn't what you said! You claimed Bayern was butchering the league and making it weaker so i'm asking is Keylor Navas leaving Levante to Real strengthening the league? Did you strengthen the league when you snatched Rakitic and Mathieu from Seville and Valencia?

Your old coach sabotaged us against Madrid with his asinine tactics. Even with a weaker team under Heynckes we advanced. The last WC clearly showed this! And to think some Barca fans are actually giving Guardiola huge credit for Die Mannschaft's success. Its disrespectful
Geez Mehn watcha got against Pep? The man has gotten you 4 trophies already, one of which you haven't won in your history before. Haba! I knew this emboldened line would come, whatever happened to accepting defeat? Or wasn't it the same tactic that got you to the semis? Barca/Spain and Bayern/Germany's WC success synchronized with Pep's reign, even you have to agree that there are some coincedences that can't be kept quiet about. As per your league butchering…well you know na wink No need for long talk

trolling? Lol! Indeed. Whoever argued against 'die mannshaft'? Germany will always be Germany. I always said bayern wouldn't boss Europe the way they do BuLi (post Heynckes), did real madrid not justify me? Una sabi sha no lie, and I happy for Lahm especially say him finally carry WC. @ aspirants. The first place to ask all questions/make enquiries about post utme is on unaab's official website, follow the instructions there closely and check everyday (if possible) for updates. Nairaland is just an online public forum that although provides credible information but you have to know that majority of those who're here are also aspirants, so take the information you get from here at your own risk. As many have said, the post utme is not that much of a big deal, just study hard (past questions from jamb et al). Y'all should be through with your essays by now. Best of luck guys

A40: Legendary player? Ooh like Legend Extra Stout.

Awe, I hope you realize the word 'legend' in a football context is relative. Eg to a Southampton fan Matt Le Tissier is a legend to a Liverpool fan Robbie Fowler is god and to a Man U fan Rio Ferdinand might be a legend

I have seen crazy comparisons in my Nairaland lifetime so I am not suprised. People argued Evra and Ashley Cole were better than Phillip Lahm not too long ago even more recently others swore Rooney was better than Müller. How about Joe Cole is better than Schweinsteiger? You ought to know by now that A-40 does not follow general opinion and more often than not time usually winds up vindicating my stance

Rio best in what business? Maybe igbo-smoking business sha
Good! As relative as the word might mean in a given context, what criterion are you using as your basis for this comparison, trophies? Cos ferdinand has got a whole lot of them. At his age and current form, Boateng will do better, but not until. If Boateng retires today, do you A40 consider him a bayern legend? Same goes for Rio. Haba! Give honor na
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by barackohandso(m): 6:10pm On Jul 20, 2014
dayokanu: When was this Rio prime? Because for the past 15yr Ferdinand has been a useless defender.

I know quality when I see one unlike most epl fans. That's why I would always respect vidic Scholes Giggs even though they play for United I would take them at Bayern in a heartbeat.

It's not about present form, Ferdinand has always been a useless overhyped defender. Boateng at present has done more than Rio ever did in his career
Honestly I can't believe someone who claims to have been a footie follower since the early 90s will utter a statement as the emboldened. If Rio is a useless how'd he win all the trophies he has? The WC is the biggest trophy in soccer, so you might be right about Boateng having done more than Rio, but it's still relative as the WC isn't a annually played tournament and I'm sure you count a shit-load of great players who didn't win it. If this argument was between Lahm and Gary neville, then I'd understand, but Boateng to Ferdinand? For starters, Boateng wasn't even the best defender at the WC

homesteady: you no watch worldcup ni? he is the opposite of his name grin
lol. I sure remember his assist for van persie's first goal, but I don't wanna judge with a 7-match tournament only!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by barackohandso(m): 1:17pm On Jul 20, 2014
A40: But Boa-TANK is a boss! How can anyone compare amugbo Ferdinand to him after watching him beast at this World Cup especially at the Final where he owned your Messi and Argentina at large! I know some players are destined to be underrated but occasionally credit should be given where its due
You should as well know that "that a player won the WC shouldn't bring comparison with every other legendary player" like you guys are doing since Germany won the mundial. Obviously boateng is better ATM but Rio in his prime was the best in the business. Some comparisons shouldn't be made!
