It is not a bitter sweet truth that everyone now believes feminists are women: who hates men, who can't cook,who are not ready to be submissive to their husbands,who thinks the fastest way to become popular and gain the attention of successful men is through ranting online, who abuses men and don't have respect for the male folks. it's just a hard pill to swallow that feminists goes beyond that and that anybody can be a feminist. The word "feminist" has been interchangeably and synonymously used to mean sexist,chivalry,egalitarian,humanist and misogynist. Of course,feminst is the most abused word on social media.
According to the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary of Current English,8th edition.Sexist is a person who treats other people,epecially women,unfairly because of their sex or who makes offensive remarks about them.Chivalry is a polite and kind behavior that shows a sense of honour,especially men toward women.Egalitarian is a holding or belief that everyone is equal and should have the same rights and opportunities.Humanist is a person who believes in humanism(a system of thought that considers that solving human problems with the help of reason is more important than religious beliefs). Misogynist is an hater of women while feminist is a person who supports the beliefs that women should have the same rights and opportunities as men.
Feminism is a literary movement that gave birth to female African writers who seeks to espouses the ills and oppressions inherent in a patriarchal society.These female African writers includes Buchi Emecheta,Rebecca Njau,Virginia Woolf,Mariama Ba,Zainab Alkali, Ngozi Chimamanda Adichie e.t.c It is also a movement that seeks to challenge the male dominated conventions and traditions.This suffice to say that feminists are individual who wants to eradicate ills and oppressions such as women: are meant for the kitchen, are not meant to be educated,are the weaker vessels and must see themselves as one, are meant to submissive to their husband at all times,are not meant to be seen nor heard in the society,major aim in life is to give birth to children,are not expected to dream big,cannot rule or become presidents e.t.c
Feminist are not women who agitates for equality in all ramifications,because it can never be possible for equality to be upheld in all aspects of man's lives.for instance,physically, a man is stronger than a woman,Religiously,God created a man,named Adam before he created a woman named Eve, to support him.
So,tell me why you think women crave for equality in all aspects rather than them supporting the beliefs that women should have the same rights and opportunities socially and politically as men.
The most important thing about feminists is that they support women to make their own money,dream their dreams,climb the mountain of their success, be a woman of virtue,respect their husbands and other male folks,be a source of inspiration to their children and people around them,believe in themselves and see joy to living the life of a woman.

Someone close to me has been having a persistent urinary tract infection. D infection started around 2015 which almost costed her life but she was treated at the hospital.last year (2015) it came again. She was treated at a general hospital. Dis yea *r it has started again.but no money to take her to d hospital.she's always complaining of lower abdominal pain, her bladder hurts, frequent urination which causes pain, bladder pain... Doctors in d house pls what are d drugs to use.dis person is really in discomfort.
It really hurt me to type dis.bt I got no choice..even today is my matric bt I can't go and keep thinking about dis.
