let me apologize in earnest pradventure a similar thread had been opened in the past, but I couldn't find same before I created this.
I will like to be enlightened on how to secure a student visa to study a M.Sc degree program (although I already have one M.Sc in Nigera),
but getting one in the UK with an opportunity to hustle for a better life and benefits is one I am very open at the moment. I will appreciate if I can b availed in details the costs involved, the duration of course, how long it takes to
secure the visa and finally, opportunities that are available for an intending Nigerian students.

Guys I really don't know what to do... It's really frustrating as I write.

I and my wife did priority visa since 29th of July, we got 1 Non Straight forward mail and that's it. Our visa is still at DMC, we have called and mailed, still no positive response from them, the last response we had was that they are doing some mandatory check.

We are still praying to God...but I won't lie, it's really sad and frustrating.

By God's grace we'll give our testimony here.

I had a 9:31am appointment there but got there about 7.20am. I waited patiently for 9:31am.they didn't keep to time so I entered at almost 11am.This was not a wise decision. I and the other lady ended up being almost the last set to go in as others kept coming and joining the queue. I wish I asked this question here prior to my test date. So yes, I think u should go on time so u may leave on time.

Hmmmmm. Been following this thread since 2019 when I first hoped to travel. From beginning of part 3. I have learnt a lot and have still forgotten most of what I learnt sef. Can you adopt him legally? A close relative once planned adopting the last sibling. I now wish I followed up to know what happened. All I know is d boy is still here in naija. I honestly didn't ask if they changed their mind for any reason as I don't think they even did a passport. Ur case I'm sure is unique, u cud ask ur school for guidance. Thanks for your response; from their website, dependents are either your spouse or children in this case, I believe to be your biological children but he’s not my biological child, we share same parents, so how best can I present his case for best shot.

Please other persons can contribute to this, I thought it will be an easy ride with enough proof of funds but from their definition for a dependent, it’s becoming a little dicey.

You can apply with the old passport number, you will still be asked to confirm your passport number and other details there. I hope your passport wud be ready then so you can easily give them the new passport number to replace.

Please I would like to book on the IOM website for the TB test but my passport expires by June and I intend to renew immediately. Can I still go ahead and book as I heard that the TB result bears the passport number. Would it affect my visa application?

Abuja 26th may 8.30am slot is available now.

If the result is clear and a certificate is given to you. It wud be valid for 6months. So Yes, it will still be valid.

I know that I have 3birth certificates for each of my kids from different places as we had the whole 4names or 3names issues, English or native until we finally concluded while processing their passports. The easiest option I think, is to go to a local government office, ask for the npc rep there and discuss this. I hope it works out as easily as it was for me and the friends I know who have done this for themselves.

I have an affidavit of age declaration and the NPC attestation of age. Though, My birth certificate is still with me but the writings are not legible.

I'm not sure about this. I booked online and went on the appointment date. Earlier in the thread, some people did post that they were attended to when they gate crashed while others were given closer dates. Since you'll be going there from a far location, I'll suggest you don't take the chance. Keep trying to book, send them mails, I'm certain more slots will open up by His Grace.

I'm not sure the reference number is much of an issue. I did mine in Abuja on Wednesday, I wasn't asked for it and I don't still know where to find it if need be, but I did conclude the test and got the certificate. If you can't find it, write to them, if it's giving you headache, chill, u will still be attended to.

I have done an an affidavit and an NPC (National Population Comission) birth certificate to correct this.

My mum is my sponsor and I will have to provide my birth certificate along with my mum's statement of account.

Please my question is;

I intend submitting the NPC birth certificate, affidavit and the birth certificate (the writings on the birth certificate are not legible) along with a cover letter explaining why I have NPC birth certificate and my affidavit.

On another thought, I feel that these documents are too many and I don't want to complicate things.

Or do I submit just my affidavit and NPC birth certificate along with my POF?

Please kindly advise.

Hello, please anyone knows how I can register for TB test or get my reference number from them? I booked on the 19th of April and forgot to download the document now the link has expired and the page isn't even showing any date at all for test, and yes I have already mailed them.
