Johnchrix:Alawi is 33k. They might probably post you to a school to teach. Get there and gather like 2/3 months alawi. Then liaise with the principal and come to lag. |
donbrowser:You actually have the right to support whom ever you want 'during election' but if after election and going into a year, your principal turned the country upsidedown, is it still sensible and logical for you to keep supporting him? NO! What is at play here is finding it hard to swallow your pride and owning up to your mistake! Bro, fuel increased from 185 to 600 because Tinubu removed subsidy but he's still paying the subsidy.....IMF report. The fuel price increase is telling hard on this job. You might not understand because you're not active in it. Prices of commodities have increased drastically. Electricity increased, new toll fees at airports and he had the effrontery to want to impose 0.5% cybersecurity charge on accounts. He's just making life so hard for Nigerians. ARE YOU NOT FEELING THE HARDSHIP? Even my Yoruba neighbours who supported him during the election, are singing a different song now. They are all feeling the heat. The one that works at Alausa, that I often lend money cannot even walk up to me again. I see how life is so hard for him now and I feel for him. If only he would swallow his pride, I'll still lend him. Bro, if Obi had won the election and the country is like this, trust me, Obidients will come for him! They will attack him so well. It should be about good governance and not the person. So if it's not going well, SWALLOW YOUR PRIDE AND SPEAK UP. Except there's an APC politician that bank rolls you steadily.....even at that, you're human, you shouldn't be supporting a dwindling and comatosed economy. People are really suffering now I don't hate you and I don't dislike you. I just want you to see things differently from Nigeria's economic point of view and reason rightly. No insults intended bro. |
Ojoboak:Thanks |

TUBLEZ:Picked a lady inside a jeep at iponri mosque. She was going to lekki. App showed 7600. Immediately we got to Eko bridge, she said she's not going to lekki again that she wants to go to iyana ipaja. I told her I don't go to such places. She pleaded but I declined. Then she said I should drop her where she can order another ride. I dropped her at apongbon. She changed her mind immediately and told me to take her back to iponri mosque. Got to iponri mosque, ended trip and it showed 7600. She shouted; 'how come'? I said; Madam, your money is 7600. She started begging me. I later collected 7k |
davit:I have, already |

konkoabove:1a. Procurement/SC in the construction/building/haulage sector. 1b. Sales in the Manufacturing/production/chemical sector. 2. Oh yes I have 3. Yes I am willing if the pay is reasonable |
konkoabove:I have been in the job market for years and I can tell you what is obtainable from experience. When I say there are no jobs. I mean jobs for people in my age not MT. It's based on connection and referrals. I've passed recruitment stages from test till I met with CEO and I didn't get it because I'm Igbo. I've passed recruitment stages from test till names were sent to FCC. Checked from commissioner representing my state and name still intact till it got to the department/agency and it was shortchanged. I've passed NNPC test and went to Abuja for interview and I heard nothing again since 2011. I was the highest in a recruitment test at p/h(travelled from lag to p/h) On the day of the interview, they gave a particular guy so much respect and audience. They even gave him tea and they never offered me anything. They didn't ask me more than 2 questions and they told me to go. In fact they hurriedly interviewed me. I scored 74% and the guy got 52%. We discussed it when we sat together. Another one in Lagos. I was the first to come for the interview but they attended to the guy that came after me and he was asked to go for medicals even before I was interviewed. I made the interviewers understand what they did. One was trying to defend it and the other apologised. I passed test(2 times) and interview for Abinbev. I was even called for medicals but I didn't get the job at the end. I was replaced. Bro, I can go on and on and on and on. I have so many experience. When I tell you there's no other way aside connection and referrals, trust me, I know what I'm saying. I have worked with construction/building/haulage companies and production/chemical companies for 8/9 years all together. |
Omoapena:Omo ogbon! I ask for biz/invmt update from you and Glit. Glit drop, U no gree drop but U wan invest for Glit own! |
studycenter:He's right. There are no 32 pages booklet. The ones readily available are the 65 pages. A lot of people who captured since January for 32 pages are yet to receive their passport. An officer even told me same when I went to capture around March at Alausa |
konkoabove:Baba, I am in my mid 40's now, which company would wanna employ someone of my age? Companies usually prefer younger people with energy and fresh brain. The ones in my age with experience are employed based on referrals and connections. Moreover, there are no jobs in Nigeria. The little ones left are for those with connection. I don't have any connection. So 9 to 5 is out of the way for me! |
It's good to know we have very intelligent and wise dudes here. I had to read and read some replies to really understand. As you've given all these insights, you can do well to talk about the other businesses you do or your investments that gives you 'passive income', so some of us can learn from. I'm not talking about 9 to 5 nor land and I'm not talking about buying more cars on e-hailing. Congratulations to you Glit. Do you care to share your other hustle? Omoapena, I don't know you're this knowledgeable 😊 You fit share your other hustle asides e-hailing? Nice one guys, una dey do well! |
dapotemi:😂 |
Omoapena:The truth is, I didn't see any phone when I dropped her and the guy swore that he didn't take any phone. I even sent her a message that I'm ready to come back to where I dropped her, if she wants, but she didn't reply me. Thanks Jare, baba |
sunnymighty:Thanks bro. |
Omo wahala no dey finish for this hustle! I picked this lady from old secretariat ikeja to shomolu(oloja, off olorunkemi) After dropping her, I got another one from off folagoro to barikisu iyede(one lounge like that)....a guy! I closed and drove home after dropping the guy. This lady called me and said she forgot her nokia phone in the car. Apparently she sat in front and I didn't see any phone. So I told her that I'll check and if I didn't see it, I'll go back to the lounge and meet the guy. I drove straight to the lounge and met the guy with his friends. I pleaded with him but he told me he didn't see any phone. He showed the 2 iPhone he uses. I begged him so much but he said; sir, honestly I didn't see any phone. Then I called the lady again and she rejected my call. I sent her a message that I'm trying to help her but she's rejecting my calls. She called not quite long to threaten me that she will find me and lock me up, and she will make sure I'm severely dealt with. She also said she will go to bolt office and report me that I'm a thieve! Omo I just taya for all these wahala! Wetin be all these temptation for God's sake? Maybe I should just leave bolt and continue with my indrive. I no dey get all these yamayama wahala for indrive. Meanwhile I told her that I'm innocent and whatever she wants to do, she should go ahead. |
Glithronix:Honestly I regretted doing such. I don't even know how I managed to pull that stunt. Normal me, I'll just drop your luggage and drive off.....but then I remembered all the attitude she put up and I was like; how can she treat me like this and still not pay; omo, that devil in me no gree at all! Thanks baba |
ksmart027:Thanks bro |
This hustle will change your character if you're not patient and careful! I did the unthinkable and I regret it so badly. Picked this babe with her make up luggage. She entered and didn't even greet. No issues with that. I greeted and she ignored. No issues still. Oga, Increase your A/C, I did. Oga, reduce the radio or put it off, I obeyed. She was giving me so much attitude but I still ignored. Got to her destination, ended trip and showed her the amount(bolt) She said she can't pay that amount, that the amount wasn't what bolt brought when she ordered. I said Madam, you will pay me my complete money. She said ok now, make we dey see! I put off my car and got down. She got down too and said she has all the day to wait. I said; Madam, I cannot wait, I have work to do. Pls pay me my money, and let me go. She didn't answer me. She was just using me to make calls. I just entered my car, started it, then she started shouting that her luggage is in the trunk. Omo, I zoomed off. Entered the next street and parked there. She started calling, crying and begging me that she will pay any amount for her luggage. I said; Madam, I don't need any amount. Send me my money and I'll come back with your luggage. I sent her my acct and she sent it. Came back and I quickly dropped her luggage. Entered my car sharply and drove off immediately. She reported me. Bolt blocked me. I sent them a mail explaining what happened. They said next time I should leave the rider and report to them. They unblocked me the next day. Notwithstanding, I still hate my actions though! That was never my kind of person. |
pope191:Go Total for chemist bus stop, st finbarrs road. 605/ltr. No crowd at all. Bought yesterday evening there. Just 3 cars and their meter isn't that bad. But una no dey wan reply person again. I guess no one has the number |
Pls who has Bolt's customer care number? |
Omoapena:I get fuel. Bought at mobil sabo(beside the police station) this afternoon. Bought 26k for 2 days work. Though it didn't get to the level it used to, if I buy from nnpc |
Glithronix:You didn't read my message well. I picked it and called to confirm the price. The person said that's the price she put. I cancelled. |
Omoapena:It is not when surge yakpa. Took someone from jibowu to lekki phase 1 this morning (around 11am, 1st trip) for 7200. Indrive will not give you that price. I use bolt when I see stew 😊 |
