= faith in the Person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ as Son of God and Saviour;

= that faith as expressed in the lives and commitment of believers.

Well, I just thought she might be kidding about that number, though I don't mean it in any derogatory sense.

Even though I may not agree with some of her views on issues, I think she sounds quite intelligent for that age! There are indeed many people twice that age who can't even articulate a sensible sentence. Just wait to meet them on other fora, and then you'd wonder. Oh well, just my opinion anyway.

Me, like you, wished a long time ago to see the faces of the patriarchs - good old Moses and his bros Aaron, because I wanted them to settle some things between them that I don't understand! Anyhow, as the Master said, old things are passed away - so, I may not have the rascally pleasure to listening to them sages!

And the champagnes, I don't know if we'll be sipping easy up there. We shall see the glory of the Lord, no doubt; but can't wait to check into my mansion o jare!

In all the texts you quoted, none of them called Jesus a "lesser god". You haven't proven that point yet.

There was just no need for you to sweat it out and seek to "reprimand" her! If she has acknowledged people's concern for her passion and moved on, what are you really gaining by seeking to launch all this harpoon and do yourself more damage? I haven't even seen anyone accusing her of being "nasty", and maybe you can direct me to that line.

It is no longer surprising that you're only behaving characteristically as SDA members do. They don't appreciate anything good in others except themselves and their own cult, and are very quite often ready to prejudge people they know nothing about!

Just pack it in and move forward. If you can't, then continue hurting your chauvanistic pride all the more - it might do you some good in the end.

I'm really surprised to read that young boys are promised to faithful muslim men in paradise. This is really quizzical and somewhat even more serious than the pedophilia of which Muhammad was accused of.

If this sort of thing is what Muslim men can look forward to in their paradise, then it doesn't stand to reason that young boys are being hanged in Islamic cultures for the very same thing that the Qur'an promises Muslim men in paradise!

Very true, Babyosisi. That I'm a man doesn't mean I can't agree with you on that; and it's really shameful what most guys will do with their lives and end up as another statistical number. I used to think that African American women were underachievers; but then after spending time being exposed to so many of them, I quickly had to change my concept on that. In regards to your teaching that Jesus Christ created Himself, can you please give some Scripture references to back it up as shahan did in hers. Personally, I don't think that He created Himself: that sounds really surprising, and it is not the same thing as Jesus Christ coming in the flesh.

Reverend King was taken to court; tried and convicted of murder; sentenced to death by hanging - and I say: "Well deserved!" Whether or not it turns out as "arrangy" (including the "arrangy" of jail) is not the issue. Sentence served him is well suited to his crime. Period.

The next thing the new apologists on the other side of the fence will come up with now is that you're plagiarizing. It's really laughable the excuses they devise ever so often in their weak attempt to cover up for Muhammad. If they're not condemning the folks at AnsweringIslam.com as liars, they come back with the same accusation at bible.ca and other websites. This new theory of denying Muhammad's atrocities don't seem to be working for them at all.

Okay, you got the break. Yet, he deserves to die an inglorious death for his inglorious crime. There's no rational behind treating him with kids glove for his murder.

Islam is purely a polytheistic religion; and this is obvious to any careful reader of the Qur'an. Many Muslims who haven't studied the Qur'an only go by what their mulas and imams tell them.

One of such is that *Allah is the revealer and speaker of the Qur'an. Wrong. The jinns who revealed the Qur'an to Muhammad clearly differentiated themselves from their *Allah; and they are the same ones who claimed that they created everything, separate from Islam's *Allah.

Reverend King deserves what he got. Period.

He was only interested in "proving" one person on this thread wrong; but it's hilarious how many times he kept dodging the core questions about the real issue: Muhammad's claim to prophethood in the face of evidence to the contrary from Islam's holy books.

If J-Snake was convinced that the quotes were all lies, then he would have proven that the Qur'an is a fraud with more lies than the Orkut can handle.

Okay, this is how: when Jesus mentioned fornication in Matt. 5:32, He most definitely was not referring to a practice exclusively deriving from Corinth. He had not even visited the place once. He meant it exactly as it was and still is before Paul became an apostle.

What I can say is that when you put everything together, fornication in any expression as sex between two people not married to each other is a sin.
