Hello can u pls break it down a little for me, coz I can't bliv my goods haven't been shipped after 24hrs of order, is that not it?

I tried tracking one of my goods, it says "the item is pre-advised" what does it mean?

Dhl price is not fair at all, but considering the time I needed my stuffs, I had no choice.

What you meant for malicious damage, has turned into a blessing, thanks to your post, my customer base is increasing daily. People here are smart enough to differentiate someone who wants a resolution and who doesn't.

I have told you in private and I will tell you here, it's your right to complain about the quality of service rendered, at least I delivered your normal goods once in a record five days and you came here acknowledge that.

Negative publicity will not put any shipper here out of business, as 98% of goods shipped by agents from China are from clients who have no clue nairaland exists. So if this your aim, it's already dead on arrival.


Does this give shippers the right to be non chalant? I'm of the firm opinion that every shipper must be held accountable but this must be done in a civilized manner by both parties.


No shipper derives joy in delaying any clients goods as its obviously not in our best interest.


I have apologized severally to you and I will continue to do my best to ensure that your goods are available for collection as that's the right and professional thing to do.

When a goods that is much expected by our customers are turned down, what do u expect them to do, they will patronise another. Thespecialone, find a way to compensate the lady, maybe from her next purchase. Do that for everyone to see. That will gain back the trust. I do mine with dhl coz I don't want issues like this.

For real? 24hours. They follow shortcut from China enter Nigeria. Coz I don't why some good will take lengthy days just to arrive Nigeria. Counting 3days already with DHL

I registered two DE forms last year and unilorin clicked for me, dancing into 300l already.
How I did it?
In my second registration, I ask someone to make use of his fingerprint for me, it was my passport that was there though, I also changed my other name to my middle name and with an initial e.g Eze J. Moses
The first form was Eze Moses John
U c, thr is no way dey will detect my bloda (in igbo voice) bcoz DE r not writing any DE exam with jamb, d uni u registered will do thr own registration with thr method, 9ja never advance reach dat level na, we r thousand yrs behind USA, still bad tins r still happening thr. Unlike USA, 9ja dont av database of every citizens alive or dead. Even with unilorin, av gat trick dat can make u sit for two postutme exam if d first one fails.

Thats total nonsense. Mine was the issue of not receiving money and I was debited, went to the bank several to,we to complain, up to till dis moment, I haven't gotten an alert regarding it, and that was my last change in my account then. I wish I can sue them
