Gurus, quick one... Can a global ROM be flashed without a PC.. I have a Redmi 4a I bought from Geekbuying last year and the thing stopped charging via power sockets, it only charges ( sometimes) via USB, though it takes like 2 days to fill up to 100℅ and its not always stable..

I respectfully disagree sir, if this was due to hurricane or some sort of Tsunami that's understandable, but we are talking normal torrential downpour; It is happening too often to be attributed to nature, it boils down to lack of adequate planning, poor drainage system, poor road construction and everything else you can think of..
