Mgkhenry: I have been admitted to study Law!Wow, welcome onboard man. When did you see it? I would like to know more about you. Am also a Law student in Unizik(GentleMan of Lawsa) lol. |
Are these people really serious about these? So they are joking with our future and yet proud that they aren't ending the strike, na una loyal pass? Haba, these thing don turn to another thing o. |
Other schools should take a cue from this school. I don't know if my school(Unizik) is the most loyal in this strike. But the bad side is that these new intakes are not tested and trusted. |
Flirting churches will not help issues. Stay whereever you are and hear the word of God. You have your Bible with you which is the authentic and infallible word of God. Any one that your Pastor or anybody says that contradicts the Bible should be discarded immediately. What is actually causing division and multiplicity of churches today is doctrine(which is nothing but human ideaologies) and the Bible says that God is not the author of confusion. And know that this is the endtime when many teachers shall arise and preach whatever they like so long as it gets them money(which is actually what they are worshipping and not God) So don't get disillusioned alongside them. You can read these places if you can: 1 Timothy 6:3-21, 2Peter 2:1-22. After reading them, you will have a clearer view of these preachers and what to do. The peace of God which passeth all understanding be with your spirits, SHALOM! |
All schools don dey resume, even EBSU and DELSU and Unizik still dey. Na una loyal pass for this strike self? Nawa o, so annoying. |
Peter's father is John, John's father is Peter's Grandfather. So Peter is the son of John. Peter - Son, John - Father, John's Father - Grandfather, finito. |
lobell: FG don bow for ASUU ... There must be pandemonium in FG camp right now on how do a volte face on the ultimatum thing and save face at the same time...We are watchingMark it, they didn't bow completely. They are still eyeing ASUU's legs, any false move and they(ASUU) will be writhing in pain on the floor. No sector should be seen as superior to the FG. And btw, that is a show of responsibility and maturity on the part of the FG. Let's see what ASUU will demand next (maybe a repainting of their offices to meet international standards.) |
Me I don tire for all these ASUU matter. Before long, they may still demand that ACs be fitted in all their offices so as to aid their teaching the students. And who said the strike has been called off? Abeg na next year cos these year is already exhausted. |
Usbeel: I naturally love cats! What u thinking abt my cats guys?Guy they are adorable. They remind me of my cat, Frudo, though of blessed memory. He was white coloured with a touch of golden brown rings on his tail. I wept the day He passed on. Cause of death unknown. Are your's males, femals or mixed? And btw, any one who has Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dogs to sell. Must be white or a mixture of white and golden. I like my pets white(purity). |
Succeed. Succession. Procession. Success. crosssection. Pls that is the much I can do and pls, there are no such words. Lame contest. |
iponrite: where the vultures are, dead will gatherAbi na where the dead are, the vultures will gather. |
They can continue for all i care till 2017. If nothing is done this year, it will be "Obi goes to Ghana" by next year. |
slap1: The last eclipse didn't happen in Aba. So no shaking.O Boy it depends on where you are. If you were really in Aba on that sunday, you should see it. I saw it live and clear. Though it was shortlived as some rain clouds covered it. But it really happened. I live in Umuode villa near Tonimas by Enugu-PH Express way. |
Alikaxon: Pls, the poster hadn't explained to us what a comet is? Who developed it? Whats the aim? Its effects?....etc. We are ignorant, I'am not a science student. Pls, I would like you to further elucidate this, so it doesn't seem inordinate to us. Please!Bros lwkmd. Comets are just a conglummeration of ice,rock,Co2,etc. They are leftovers of planet formation. They orbit round the sun and when they get near the sun, they heat up and dissolve. Shikena. No one developed it and it has no mission; just a vagabond in the solar system. And you must not be a science student to know some of these things. I was once an Art student and now a Law student. This is the 21st century, anything you don't know, google it out. It is not only the police that is your friend, the internet is also your friend. Hope we get to see Martians one of these days. |
Am not surprised that some people are making jokes out of eternal issues. The Bible has already said it all but woe to you who would allow the negative prophesies of the Bible to fulfil on you. Many in Hades are begging for even a moment's grace to repent while they were given their whole life time but they didn't. They were once like you; doughting the Bible. For me, I choose to believe the "gullible fairytale", for the message of the Gospel is foolishness unto those who are perishing but to us, it is the power of God unto salvation. Keep having fun ok? Yet remember Noah's generation. |
ASUU can go to hell. They are just frustrating we students. Am not saying that the death of Iyayi is a good thing but if they don't call off this strike, another person may die too. Even Amadioha is angry cos one of his priests' son has been at home consuming the fowls sacrificed to him all cos of the strike. He may "strike" another person o.

Leopantro: in other news, 181 indigenes of osun state were arrested in imo state. they were appended in a hotel following a tip off in which the police recovered election materials and APC identification cards. they claimed they were mobilized by certain individuals to help "assist" in the election taking place tomorrow. And the deceased Police men were deployed from Osun State, I smell fish. |
Ehm, the students did a very bad thing though by burning a whole block to destroy evidence. Their "anger" is traceable to the fact that they,if convicted, will be slammed with 5yrs imprisonment. But recently, a LG chairman in Kogi State was only given 6mths for embezzling #7m. Now weigh it,if it were you, will you gladly bend your back to be saddled with 5yrs for just "Emeka show me the answer to no 3", "I have that handout here with me" etc ? |
Ahh!!! My country is really a joke. Just 6mths for #7m,but 15yrs for exam malpractice, is the judiciary am preparing to join this serious? Little wonder people have lost hope in the arm that is the last resort of the common man. Haba! The Judge and the Defence should be derobed cos this is a sabotage on the communities that the criminal stole from. How can people from Kogi go to court again knowing fully well that justice is for the rich? |
ASUU call off the strike, but they refused. Fg give ASUU their money, but they refused. Instead, they prefer keeping innocent students at home and parents hope high. I hope this is an eye opener to them for taking the nation for granted. Is the Professor still going to enjoy his "earned" allowance? R.I.P anyway. Agwa nti ma onughi... |
The ATM means Automated Teller Machine. It is now mandatory to use it even if you don't know how to. My bank, FCMB charges #100 on any over-the-counter withdrawal of less than 40k, courtsey of CBN. And i guess everyone reading this knows the use of this machine, at least the most common: withdrawal of cash. It is one of the best things that has ever happened to us. I can't forget in a hurry how i lost my 4k while travelling to school because I was with it cash. Since then, I now travell light: with my ATM card. Experience can be the best teacher indeed. Not only that, one does not have to stand in forever queues to deposit cash. I can go on and on. Yet, I discovered that there is one problem it is posing, which is the problem of sourcing change. In our day to day transactions, we need smaller denominations. These however are now hard to come by as our ATMs are vomiting #500s and #1000s. Petty traders get stranded finding changes. What is the possible solution(s) to that? |
Thanks to God we don't experience that in Unizik. Am am a law student and we don't buy. Any material a Lecturer considers necessary is sent to the Class Rep who photocopies it for the class to rephotocopy. Our Lecturers know more than selling hand outs; they would be shown the back door. |
I even dey check my temperature to see why i had time to peruse through this. And Mr Compiler, your name is not there, why? Maybe it means something funny? |

Reporting from Aba, it is real. |
Reporting live from Aba. It is so real and my siblings are so excited over it. Had some of the pics too, but it was shortlived cos clouds covered it up. I just pray we won't go blind cos we stared at the sky. |
Am now so confused in this ASUU saga that I don't know who to believe again and I think that is the effect the govt want all these to have on us. |
Well if they call it off by next week(which of cos am praying for), then Unizik and Law of Contract go hear am. And please they should because some people have forgotten their Matric Number. |
Am anxious to go back to school. Rats for don finish the Indomie and Geisha and some other condiments i left in school cos i was thinking the "holiday" was going to be short. So what I will do is to rush back to school and salvage the remaing ones. *and pls, ndi osu imi should not call me a hungry man o* First time on front page, olorun noni. |
