Above all, you get additional certificate with Npower and there is possibility of conversion (depending on state of residence) some have policy of retain outstanding PTA teachers who have worked for 1/2 academic year with the principal recommendations). And as it was FG government initiatives and the program will elapsed before their tenure, there might be a good news at the of the program. My thoughts though. Hmmmm, I appreciate your advice. Acidosis: These are mere hooligans, street urchins and homeless vagabonds from Bello's hometown.
Who in his right senses would love the pain Bello is unleashing on our parents back home? My dad is a pensioner and he hasn't been paid a dime since January.
If Governor Bello is so unfortunate to have a responsible FATHER, he should at least be sensible enough to respect his elders. My mom has been practically subjected to undue and useless ineffectual screenings amidst unpaid salaries and allowances. Its now screening on a weekly basis without pay!
Whoever applauds Governor Bello over this wickedness will never know PEACE.
I simply laughed when these ediots came up with nonsensical birthday photos. I mean who does that?! Why should you be throwing big parties in the midst of hardship with 4 wives?
Two of of dad's tenants (civil servant) have been unable to pay house rent since the past 1 year. As a matter of fact, my dad who is supposed to be relaxing and resting is currently feeding his tenants out of good will. The situation is that bad!! They can't even pay light bill anymore!
I use this platform to dare Governor Bello of Kogi state, if he's man enough, I challenge him to invite me to his office and I would speak these words to his face fearlessly. He is wicked, good for nothing, heartless and useless.
Kogi is just an unfortunate place to live in! May Audu as well never know peace in his grave. As regards these homeless urchins, their ineffectual destinies have been tied to N5k per protest so I would be so stup!d to have my agitations directed at them. They were born to protest for 5k. You nailed it bro. God will surely judge Yahaya Bello |

Politics › Senator Adeyemi Decamped To APC by Barryp(op): 5:51pm On Apr 08, 2016 |
Just in: PDP senator defects to APC 14 minutes ago. Senator Smart Adeyemi has defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC). Senator Smart Adeyemi has dumped PDP for the ruling APC, hails President Buhari. Adeyemi, who completed the defection on Friday, April 8, represented the Kogi west senatorial district in the 6th and 7th Senate. According to The Punch, the senator told journalists in Abuja, where he spoke with other senators Abu Ibrahim, Olubunmi Adetunmbi among others, that he has no regret dumping his former party for the ruling party. He explained further, that he had to move to the progressives to join President Muhammadu Buhari’s efforts in ensuring the development of every part of the country, especially his constituency in Kogi state, as he also asked his fans and supporters to move en masse to the ruling party with alacrity. Adeyemi’s defection is coming on the heels of several defections from the PDP as 5,000 members dumped the party for the APC in Benue state. The defectors said they cannot belong to opposition politics, and according to Leadership, the defectors included PDP in the MINDA extraction of the Benue north west senatorial district. The PDP members burnt their membership cards and held the broom to mark their decamping to APC. Several political units including political clubs and associations in MINDA as well traditional groups were led into the APC fold at the JS Tarka foundation in Makurdi. |

Politics › Kogi: Sacking Of Civil Servants Under The Guise Of Ghost Workers Unfair-pdp by Barryp(op): 9:01pm On Feb 26, 2016 |
The Peoples Democratic Youth Frontiers, has accused the Kogi State governor, Yahayah Bello of illegally sacking civil servants in the state in the name of weeding out ghost workers. A statement issued by its coordinator, Usman Okai Austin on Friday wondered why the governor decided to disengage thousands of workers who have been on salaries for more than three years. According to him, “The new trend of sacking workers and labeled them ghost is unacceptable and highly condemnable. We are watching.” “Already, the names of many civil servants have been excluded from the screening. He didn’t work for the election, so he can afford to disorganise the state. All the action taken so far show that the governor has a hidden agenda. The statement cited instances like Radio Kogi, where 120 workers were reportedly denied of screening form. “These people were employed in 2014 and have since been on salary,” he said. “In the Ministry of Works, 80 workers denied the screening form. Similarly, in the Ministry of Health, 120 others were denied the screening form. He also noted that in water board, over 93 persons were tagged ghost workers and denied the forms. The statement added “The APC government is unleashing hardship on our people in the state. “We are calling on a well-meaning kogites to speak against this action. “We recommend that the civil servants with government approval should be screened without sentiment and out right discrimination. “The Governor should be careful with wrong advise, Kogi belongs to all not one section or categories of individual,” he warned. Politics › Ex-president Jonathan Replies Buhari by Barryp(op): 2:40pm On Dec 28, 2015 |
Former President Goodluck Jonathan has said he did not plan to lose the Boko Haram war as is being suggested by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Jonathan spoke on Sunday in reaction to an interview Buhari granted the Hausa Service of the British Broadcasting Corporation.
In the interview, Buhari accused the Jonathan administration of deliberately provoking Nigerian soldiers into mutiny by its actions and turning round to arrest and prosecute the soldiers.
He said the past administration, while fighting terrorists, sent soldiers to the battlefield without arms and ammunition.
Jonathan, however, said he tried to protect the constitution, which had had sworn to defend when he assumed office.
The former president, who spoke through his Minister of National Planning, Dr. Abubakar Suleiman, said he did everything within his power to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.
“No responsible government would strategise to lose a war. President Jonathan sworn to defend Nigeria sovereignty and territorial integrity and he did everything possible to achieve that height in the fight against the insurgents,” a text message by Suleiman said.
“It is unfair therefore for Mr. President to perceive such efforts by his predecessor as criminal and treasonable.
“The President should, in an attempt to build this country, make such pronouncements that will further unite us as a people than that those that would divide us. Posterity will judge everybody.”
Buhari had explained that his administration’s investigation into the activities of the immediate past government revealed that instead of procuring arms and ammunition for the soldiers, funds meant for the equipment were shared by government officials.
He said, “We investigated and discovered how funds that were pencilled down for arms procurement were diverted and shared by government officials who served the last administration.
“The government at that time sent the soldiers to the battlefield without arms and ammunition to prosecute the war. That was what led some of them to mutiny. They were arrested and detained because of this.” http://www.punchng.com/i-didnt-plan-to-lose-boko-haram-war-jonathan/ |
