Those of you bashing south american players, the problem with African players is attitude. Being a good footballer involves more than talent but hardwork and a good head. Christiano Ronaldo was raw when he joined MU from Sporting. He developed into the CR7 we know today thanks to his hardwork and attitude under SAF.

Africans have a mentality that hinders development. We settle for little and don't have that knack to want to be the best. Once an African player can earn enough to buy a Lamborghini, they stop dreaming, stop seeing the need to develop further. Maybe it's because of poverty in the region, I don't know.

The South Americans have a more positive attitude so big clubs will always fancy them more than Africans because what they look at is not just the talent but the potential to become greater than where talent alone can take u
The south Americans have the same problem especially the Brazilian. Once they make it to the top they lose interest or stop caring. Example are Ronaldo (The fat one), Anderson, Robinho, and may be Ronaldinho although most do reach the top but they don't stay for long.

When Ronaldo jumps, he generates 5G of G-force on take-
off - this is five times the power of a cheetah in full flight.
This enables him to reach heights of 44cm in the air from a
standing start and 78cm with a run-up - 7cm more than the
average NBA player.
And, Ronaldo does not drink alcohol or smoke. No tattoo sef. He is a good Role model. He even pay his tax.

yes he is. Goal.com did a voting with Messi, Pele and maradona... Messi won the poll. That little man is just 29yrs, more to come.
How many of the voters watch Maradona and Pele live? If the poll is conducted in Argentina sef alone, Maradona will win by a wide margin.
Most of the people that vote are biased.

You don't understand...there is nothing free here, yes they give you credit in form of inputs but they take far more in returns than they should have. To me, it's slavery.

A bank loan is better IMO, atleast banks don't take more than the interest
It's still better than doing nothing. Plus they provide a ready market for your produce. During the broiler scheme my dad make close to 500,000 within 7 weeks, although it's stressful expecially if you depend on Tuns farm for feed. You can waste a whole day waiting for feed without them giving you anything and your name will be on the list of those that will collect feed that day.
But its better than just sitting down and doing nothing.

Hope tuns won't be the only feed mill to supply feeds to farmers like it was/is for the broiler production. Birds could go 2 days with out anything except water.

Amaechi: Actually, we finished 3rd...

Kwankwaso: So, who finished 2nd?

Jobs/VacanciesRe: What Is A Cover Letter? How To Write One. Sample Template. by Bash92(m): 11:57am On Mar 05, 2016
jennex05:
From my survey while communicating with job seekers on BBM, one of the most widely asked questions is : "What is a Cover Letter"?

I'll put you through on this and also show you a sample template which you can always use in applying for jobs.

According to Google, A Cover Letter is defined as "A letter sent with, and explaining the contents of, another document or a parcel of goods."

A cover letter typically accompanies each CV/resume you send out to provide additional information on why or how you are qualified for the job you are applying for.

Effective cover letters explain the reasons for your interest in the specific job in an organization and identify your most relevant skills or experiences.

Your cover letter could make the difference between obtaining a job interview and having your resume ignored, so it makes good sense to devote the necessary time and effort to writing effective cover letters.
A cover letter should complement, not duplicate, your resume. A cover letter is critical in creating a very good first impression.

Cover letters are generally one page at most in length, divided into a header, introduction, body, and closing

Below is a template/blueprint I have suggested for you in writing your cover letters:

APPLICANT ADDRESS
RECRUITER ADDRESS

SALUTATION
Dear [insert name of recruiting manager],
BODY
First paragraph: Mention the job you’re applying for and where you found the job listing.

Middle paragraphs:
Discuss your qualifications. These paragraphs should be specifically tailored to requirements posted in the job listing. You might also consider including why this specific company interested you in the first place. Limit this section to two to three paragraphs.

Final paragraph: If you are going to follow up in one to two weeks, mention a specific date. If you would prefer to leave the ball in their court, say that you look forward to discussing your qualifications further. Also provide your email address and phone number. Don’t forget to thank them for their time.

CLOSE
Best Regards,
[insert your name]

Also, below is a Sample real world Cover Letter that follows the template above:

Where I can from is irrelevant to this discussion. The point is it is easier to draw up an idea than to completely implement it. That this programme gained the necessary traction and admiration under Aregbesola is not in doubt, unless you want to deceive yourself. The number of bodies that have visited Osun under this government to observe this programme is telling of the admiration the programme gained under him. It is like TSA and the GEJ admin... Jonathan formulated the idea first but who ensured it got the necessary push to become reality?
I agree with you that the programme gain more recognition under Aregbesola, because the apc government is very good with publicity stuff. But not with your last statement unlike Jonathan TSA, oyinlola formulated the idea and implement it for 5 years. While Aregbesola tweak the programme a little and give it the publicity it deserves. Have a nice day Bro.
PoliticsRe: Contrary To Reports, Osun Has Paid WASSCE Fees For Over 11,000 Students by Bash92(m):
G1gbolahan:
Oh yeah? Oyinlola started school feeding? Kindly explain to us why many people have visited Osun only under Aregbesola to copy the workings of the feeding programme??
The Osun State Universal Basic Education Board ( SUBEB) has said that it would extend the school feeding programme to Primary three pupils by September 2010.
Mr Joseph Ajayi, SUBEB’s Desk Officer, told The Tide On Sunday in Kaduna that the programme was aimed at increasing school enrolment.
Ajayi said the programme was implemented from Kindergarten to Primary two in all primary schools in the state.
According to him, the programme will be extended to Primary three pupils in 2010 and Primary four in 2011 until all classes at the primary level were covered.
The desk officer said the programme had contributed positively to school enrolment by increasing attendance, retention and reduction in dropouts.
“In fact, the pupils are so happy with the programme to the extent that they come to school on public holidays, and for some of them who fall ill, their parents will come and collect their food.
“Some pupils who get promoted to primary three at times refuse to go to the next class; they prefer to stay in primary two because of the free meal,” he said.
According to him, the board has been collaborating with the school feeding committee inaugurated by the Federal Government to take charge of the feeding programme.
He further said that the programme had attracted attention worldwide and that some African countries had come to the state to study and replicate in their countries.
Ajayi attributed the success of the programme to the commitment of Gov Olagunsoye Oyinlola to ensuring access to education, which theUniversal Declaration on Human Rights recognised as a basic right for everybody.http://www.thetidenewsonline.com/2010/07/04/osun-to-extend-school-feeding-to-primary-3-pupils/
You can try Google or view the screenshot below to see that organisations outside this country know of the existence of the programme.
But seriously are you from Osun state?

Guy you are an unprofessional liar.
which of my statement is false. Please tell me
The feeding programme was being financed by the Federal Government before they withdrew and oyinlola continued the programme till he was removed by Ayo Salami kangaroo court of appeal.
Or the fact that Opon Imo as been collected back from students?
PoliticsRe: Contrary To Reports, Osun Has Paid WASSCE Fees For Over 11,000 Students by Bash92(m): 10:36am On Feb 07, 2016
G1gbolahan:
Have you proven that anything he said is a lie? No. And yes, an education system that has produced ideas like O'Meals, Opon Imo, which are now being adopted far and wide is a worthy example
The feeding of primary school has been in existence before Aregbe came on board, it started during oyinlola tenure and your Opon Imo, where is it. Because no secondary school students in Osun state still have it with. If you don't know it has been withdrawn by the State government since. You people can be deceiving yourself but it's very clear Osun state secondary school education is in shambles.
