Your bsc, msc and PhD holders, what have they done for the state than to impoverished us. They can't even win Orolu, PDP always trash them here even during Aregbesola second term, he lost Orolu. Also Osun East senatorial (Ilesha and Ife zone ) is a known PDP stronghold, infact the only pdp senator from Osun is from Ilesha. So the maximum APC can win in the 6 ijesha local government is 2lga. Also i can promise you Omisore won't deliver all the ife local government. The only local government sure for Oyetola is his own and Omisore lga.
You even mentioned Ifelodun for APC, a local government where there king was campaigning FOR APC in 2018 and yet the king still lost Ifelodun with more than 3000 vote to PDP. Now that the king is late I am expecting the margin to be wider.

Lastly majority of the vote Omisore garnered in 2018 is returning to PDP. Also APC should expect surprise in Osogbo.

That's what they understand, on Saturday I will be voting for PDP. I have never voted for APC since I started voting but Tinubu will have my vote in 2023. He will win Osun landslide but this one on Saturday Adeleke all the way.

There are other things that happens in second term bid of a governor in a rotational arrangement. The zone that have to gain power after four years will prefer to vote the present governor who has only one tenure for it to be their turn than wait for another 8yrs. This happens even when the zone doesn't like the governor. My brother u are wrong to say that Tinubu factor will mar Oyetola's chance. Just wait till flag off, u will understand. Tinubu just have to go there, tell them to get ready for 2023 by making sure that every state in SW becomes APC. They can even accuse Adeleke of vowing to work against Tinubu if he emerge victorious. This governor is fighting for his second term, not just for his successor. So don't right off power of incubency and money politics. There's no way PDP can outspend APC.

Sir if indeed you are from Osun you will know in this coming gubernatorial election, majority of the people just want the APC out of the state and don't care about zoning except the people in Osun west. Already Oyetola have lost 3 local government in osun central even before election start, Orolu, irepodun and egbedore because of the osogbo - ogbomosho Road that have been abandoned by the APC government for more than 10 years now.
In as much as osun people will vote Tinubu massively in 2023,including myself. He will only be doing more harm to his ambition if he comes out to say the above or try and help manipulate the election. You should know the Yorubas in Osun, Oyo and Ogun State are very vindictive when we think we are being cheated or betrayed and the people won't mind rewarding that act of treachery even if it will cost them there life.
Personally I like Oyetola, i believe he has tried with the meager resources and believed that it was Aregbesola borrowing that did not allow him to perform better. But this coming election i dont see how he wants to win it, except through RIGGING and Top members realigning with APC again.

The only south south state Obi might win is Edo state due to the internal wrangling in the state’s PDP chapter. Even at that, it’s a big IF.

Atiku will still win Delta, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa and Rivers if they find a way to resolve with Wike. APC may likely win Cross River and come second in Edo, Delta, Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa.

Overall, PDP should win SS, APC second and LP a distant third. Nothing is going to change.

APC will win Edo, with Tinubu on the ballot. If not that Okowa was choosing as Atiku vice, Delta would have been very close between APC and PDP.

I am from Osun and we have had Christian-Christian governor nd deputy and in July we might have another one. Voted for the first one in 2004 and 2007, God willing I will be voting for another Christian Christian again July. Is Christian the major religion Osun? I believe same as happened in Ogun State too before. It is fine when it is Christian Christian and not fine when it is Muslim Muslim. In Ekiti and Ondo have they ever given even a vp slot to the Muslim minority? Imagine some Christians wishing death on Tinubu because Osinbanjo loose the primary.

What good has Buhari and Osinbanjo, two reportedly religious bigot done for us as a Nigerian?

The main target is Deji his brother. The Adelekes are new entrants to the PDP and most at Osun PDP feel Ademola is not capable enough but Deji practically almost single-handedly funds the PDP in Osun. The NWC's hands are tied because the Party will go comatose without money from the Adelekes. At a point, Makinde was funding the Oyinlolas & all that but I believe Jegede a good friend of both parties is already mending fences.

The funny thing is that Oyinlola and the Adelekes moved out of PDP the same day in 2013 or 2014 if i remember correctly. I think another reason is control, i believe the elders of the party, Oyinlola included want someone they can control which they know they can't do with the Adelekes.

A Southern Muslim can not be president abi? Also why must they always been from Ogun State. Religion i not even a criteria for me, cos if Akinwunmi Adesina had come out to declare for president I would have supported him and campaign for him.
