This is wrong sir. The Nigerian Army Command Engineering Depot in partnership with Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON) developed that.

I also doubt Prof Ezegwu is still a provost at AFIT. The last time I met with him at AFIT, he was retiring and clearing his desk.

That's one fact about life almost everyone doesn't understand

People have their choices and priorities in life.

She wanted a career, not marriage. And she's happy about it. Everyone has their own definition and version of happiness

So no need to remind her about menopause. She wasn't interested from the beginning
It's just like saying not everyone wants to be loved.

We are all made with the same biological and chemical components.

Those hormones in her body will not allow her to make her clear choices.

Trust me this lady is silently unhappy for her to come out boldly to state she doesn't have any regrets when no one asked her

I know a successful woman in her late 40s that cries anytime she thinks about it. Wondering why men avoid her because of her wealth and the wealthy men that can match her are not interested in her at all because of her maturing age
Some of our FRSC official need some orientation/refresher course.
This is not funny at all!
The lady might not be telling the exact story.
According to frsc using GPS on your mobile phone is not the problem it is the mode of usage that is actually the problem which distracts while driving.
https://frsc.gov.ng/use-of-phone-to-access-google-map-app-while-driving-frscs-true-position/

This also applies to the traffic laws in California USA.

The lady might have been clearly fumbling with her phone, probably activating her GPS or getting distracted with it while driving when the frsc officers spotted her. she should have being alot smarter while using it

At least for the frsc officers, they did not take advantage of her by collecting personal bribe but asked her to pay her offence dues to the right agency. That's professional enough for me.

However impounding her vehicle was professionalism taken to the extreme.

I wish her well

You say you're a banker. Probably a teller or contribution collector in a microfinance bank in Okokomaiko. Do you have an idea of what the CBN Act says about Naira notes as legal tender?.
.

Cbn gives any business the autonomy to decide on which mode of payment they prefer. It is called risk limit. If I dont want cash you cant force it on me. Go and exchange you legal tender with units for etag which is acceptable at the toll.

Naira notes are still legal tender. They can't reject cash payments in favour of electronic payments. Even if it is only 1 lane for cash payments, they must still provide it.

That's how some banks were rejecting the NIMC slip before they warned them.

A rookie lawyer seeking fame would make mincemeat of these idiots who do things without thinking. If I can even get 400 coins of 50kobo each, I would use coins to pay them.

They will go to the other countries that they compare Nigeria with and obey their laws over there, but when they get back to Nigeria, they won't obey the laws, they wont support measures and laws designed to reflect orderliness and cleanliness.

They want to live in a beautiful and well governed country like America and Europe, but they can not obey the laws that the people in America and Europe abide by.

Sanwo-Olu is a very clueless governor. He might end up being the worst governor in Lagos state history.
The same OPay that has been helping Lagosians meet up with appointments, avoid sacks and saved lots of productive hours usually spent in Lagos traffic on a daily basis ?
Why are these people allergic to anything that will reduce the transportation woes of the average Lagos residents ?
The traffic laws only banned motorcycles with engine capacity lesser than 200cc from plying the highways and other restricted routes. To the best of my knowledge, OPay , Max etc use motorcycles with engine capacity around 250cc upwards.
The amount of traffic in Lagos metropolis is unprecedented, Yet this point and kill Governor wants to to make things worse.
While tankers are having a field day on the roads and he’s at lost as to what to do, it’s the Bike that are helping to alleviate the suffering that he’s barking at.
All the roads he announced will be repaired or reconstructed as soon as possible are still the same thing. From Badagry to Ikorodu , Epe, Alimosho, etc.
Infact all the 5 divisions of Lagos state is worse than he met them.
I hope Cardinal Odumbaku and other Lagos APC stalwarts are taking keen interest on this accidental Governor they foisted on us?

jamespeter10:
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Ogun Command, on Sunday confirmed an accident along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, which claimed the lives of five persons and injured nine others.

Clement Oladele, the FRSC Sector Commander in the state, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ota, Ogun, that the accident occurred at 9.10 p.m. around Danco Petrol Station, near Sagamu, on Saturday.

Mr Oladele blamed the lone accident, which involved a white Toyota Hiace bus, with registration number LSR 642XB, on speed violation.

He said that 14 persons, 10 males and four females, were involved in the crash.

“The corpse of the victims have been deposited at the morgue of Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital (OOUTH), Sagamu, while the survivors are also receiving treatment at the same hospital,” the sector commander said.

He said the obstruction as a result of the accident had been cleared to ease free flow of traffic on the highway.

The sector commander commiserated with the victims’ families and enjoined members of the public, whose relations were involved in the ill-fated crash, to contact the FRSC Command or the OOUTH, Sagamu, for any information.

Mr Oladele also reiterated the need for motorists to drive cautiously within the recommended speed of 50 kilometres per hour at construction sites.

He advised passengers to always caution drivers who are in the habit of driving recklessly, and call the FRSC’s toll free number 122, to report any driver who refused to take caution.

I know disobeying court orders is also unlawful. Asking for a revolution is not a treasonable felony in ANY DEMOCRACIES, it's called exercising your freedom to protest. Look at how it's done elsewhere when people DEMAND for revolutionary change.

No I did not ask you if power is constant at your residence because I know you use a generator, unless you want to lie. I'm asking you if the government supplies you with 24 hour electricity. I also asked you if you have access good roads but you didn't answer that. It's been over four years and this administration has done nothing tangible.

How many young Nigerians gradate from uni without jobs, yet Buhari has the audacity to call the youths lazy? How many Nigerians die or lose their family members on the death traps we call roads? How many Nigerians die due to medical negligence? Can your Buhari even trust the medical system of his own country since he goes to UK to get medical treatment? These are REAL revolutionary issues that Sowore wants to address that all the grown corrupt men in office are coward to address. Instead they would like to suppress speech with their hate speech bill. They are simply cowards because they can't face the truth and would rather suppress it. Please convince me why Buhari is best for Nigeria because I don't see it.
You seem to be one of the lazy youth Buhari was referring...

Let me clarify this to you:

1. You don't seem to comprehend what I have written in the post you are replying to. How do you use a pre-paid meter for personal generation of electricity.
Prepaid meter is solely used for public consumption of electricity and otherwise.
You see why I said you didn't comprehend what I wrote.

2. You don't seem to understand what a revolution means...You are mixing it up with a whole different meaning. Go check the dictionary and revert. A little assignment for you is to check up on the synonym of rebellion

So you see, your response to my post shows clearly that you are a lazy youth.

Improve on yourself so you can prove Buhari wrong....

Now finally the government can withhold any individual that the court has granted bail if they believe he/she is a threat to national security.. Now that's their business and not my concern

NO MILITARY LEADER OR A PRESIDENT WITH MILITARY BACKGROUND WILL TAKE THOSE WORDS AND THREATS WITH LEVITY .

SECONDLY buhari has been looking for a scapegoat to use as an example for the opposition both within his party and outside his party to see how he will deal with anyone who challenges him , sowore presented himself as a willing sacrifice and even both airline ticket and flew for hours down to nigeria to give himself over to buhari . may God never allow us to use our own hard earned money to destroy ourselves

thirdly, kanu ran away and absconded , trust me if they got kanu the day his house was raided , most probably by now he may have been killed , he saw how ruthless buhari was , ran away and even stayed underground for close to 5 months before even showing himself, he knows how ruthless dss and buhari can be because he has been there before . by the time sowore is released in future, he would have become very gentle and will just retire from politics quietly.
