The only Candidates that can win 2015 for APC are Hausa/Yoruba or Hausa/Ibo as President/Vice President. If APC field an Igbo Candidate, Its gonna be a clean win for GEJ cos the ibo will not vote for him, If i lie go check record of Ojukwu when he contest for President.

A Wuse Zone 2 Chief Magistrates’ Court, Abuja, on Monday, ordered that an INEC official for Idemili North, Anambra, Chukwujekwu Okeke, 54, be remanded in police custody till Dec. 2.
The Chief Magistrate, Mr Usman Shuaibu, ordered that the accused be remanded till Dec. 2, after he was arraigned on a charge of negligence of duty, to enable the police complete its investigation on the matter.

He also said that the accused’s application for bail would be considered on that day.

Earlier, the prosecutor, Dsp Stanley Nwodo, from the Force CID, said that on Nov. 16, the accused unlawfully breached his official duties at Idemili, where he was deployed.

Nwodo informed the court that the accused deliberately withheld electoral materials designed for the elections, thereby, breaching electoral procedures.

He prayed the court to give the police 14 days to enable it complete investigation into the matter.


Nwodo said that the accused, who pleaded not guilty, was standing trial on a one-count charge of dereliction of duty contrary to Section 123 (1) (2) and (3) of the Electoral Act, 2010.

The counsel to the accused, Mr Daniel Nwogbodo, applied for bail for his client under Section 341 of the Criminal Procedures Code and Section 36(5) of the 1999 Constitution as amended.

The sections, which highlight bail as a right of a citizen, say that an accused is considered innocent until otherwise proven.

Nwogbodo told the court that his client was a senior civil servant and a responsible family man and would not jump bail if granted.

He also said that his client had a health condition (high Blood Preasure), which started deteriorating in Awka where he was held in police custody before being transferred to the force CID in Abuja.

Nwogbodo also told the court that his client would not jeopardise police investigation. (NAN)

Sincere 9gerian: Nonsense! Nothing like tribal politics here. No one has the right to take decisions for another man. The Anambra election has been WON and LOST.

In the Anambra election, some people voted for the PERSON. Some chose their candidate after watching the debates, based on the programmes and policies canvased. Some voted because of money. Others voted because of political party. Still others voted because of sentiments (religious, senatorial district, tribal, local govt, town, etc). But bottomline, every PERSON that voted in that election has the RIGHT and mental capacity to take his own decision. No man has the right to compel another to vote in a certain way.

The 90,000 plus people that voted for Ngige in that election are not yorubas. They are full blooded Igbos who felt he was the right candidate for the job. Ditto for other candidates. The only difference is that MORE people felt Obiano is the RIGHT man or that APGA is the right party for the job.

Before this guber contest, Ngige and ACN was voted in as senator by Igbos.

So in conclusion, LOSERS in the Anambra election should accept their fate. They should stop acting like sore losers, whipping primordial sentiments or threatening or blackmailing an entire ethnic group. We should learn to separate individuals from an entire ethnic group in this country. If Ifeanyi says something or does anything, his actions should be analysed as the actions or words of Ifeanyi and not that of Igbos. Same applies to a Wale, Musa,etc

Sorry Mr, election have been WON and LOST by who and who? I can't remember when INEC announce the winner/looser cos the last time i check the election was declare inconclusive and nobody dare celebrate even Obi/Obiano no fit celebrate.

Why on earth will APGA win an election in those regions mention above, APGA is a regional party and never want to a national party at all. We yoruba are tollerance and that was why you have an Ibo/hausa man in Government in SW. APGA is dying gradually cos there so call leaders are seeling out to PDP.
