What does this your comment suggest?

We are not talking about road network.

You can open another thread on ogun Road network if you are so desperate and obsessed with discussing that .

Richest woman too

Many big company own by them rite foods is the biggest food and drink own by a Nigerian
I have always told some yorubas claiming Igbo are more enterprising that IJEBU PEOPLE ARE BETTER BUSNESS MEN AND INDUSTRIALISTS!

Even Ebenezer obey mentioned it...AWON IJEBU,S'AWON LO L'OWO....IJEBU OWNS TRADE!

Most past richest yorubas are from Ogun axis from Abiola to folawiyo to Adenuga to Alakija and they are all richer than the contemporary IGBO rich men of their time!

How many of these industries are owned by Ogun indigenes so that we can know what group economics is

Like Anambra 95% of industrial activities there are owned by Anambra folks making the money stay in the state

But in Ogun there is what is called capital flight! Investors pay indigenous folks peanuts ,declare anything as profit then oay paltry tax and repatriate the rest money back to home

So once again how many Ogun people owns industry in Ogun state or are they just workers ?
I knew they would come with this usual rubbish.
We are discussing ogun here not Anambra.

Indigenous 😆

INDOMIE9090:
It began as a trickle, but now, it is no more news, that Ogun state in South-Western Nigeria is the new juggernaut in the fields of Industry and Academic institutions. It can be said that the state is currently experiencing an unprecedented industrial revolution, as an ever increasing stream of Companies, Industries and firms are beginning to site production plants, Warehouses and all kind of facilities in the state, From Dangote's Ibeshe plant (The largest in Africa), to various new Industrial and Power plants in the state, the new manufacturing plants that have commenced production in Ogun State belong to the biggest industrial concerns in the world, and are by no means minnow.

A former governor of Ogun State once described Lagos State as being attached to the belly of Ogun State. This description is reasonably apt, considering that Ogun is geographically the only or closest neighbor to Lagos, with both states conjoined through a vast borderline.- And the increasingly important role Lagos is playing in Nigeria and Africa, is beginning to Yield dividends in no small measure, for its much more endowed and bigger neighbor (ogun). The Huge metropolis that is Lagos has also spilled into Ogun state on many fronts, and state boundaries have blurred out.

While Lagos is undoubtedly ahead as the main station in terms of the service industry establishments, where the headquarters of banks, major business concerns and also the Stock Exchange and other financial centres are located, Ogun has also been accelerating towards emerging as the centre of industrial activities. Presently, investors in the manufacturing sector actually consider Ogun State a more alluring and conducive site for their activities. These investors have been drifting into the state at an unprecedented rate in the last three years, From the Sango Otta axis to Agbara, Ewekoro, Ibese, Ifo, mowe/Ibafo, Magboro and Sagamu,Abeokuta, where numerous major manufacturing firms have registered their presence.
The road network in those places should be top notch otch now but ogun state governors no serious.

Company can tap the big market population of Ibadan and lagos by sitting in between the two cities.
That is the logic

There's no where it was stated in the entire write up the Igbos are charting a path that will lead them to alienation but her you are spewing tribal and ethnic bigotry

Go emancipate yourself from ethnic and tribal bigotry and watch your life blossom
But IGBO can claim victim in another threads where the word IGBO was not mentioned at all?
Did you scold them for that?

You are responding out of context probably because you are very dull.

The discussion was not to compare Ibadan to dubai but to let Persecutorily deluded IGB0 know yorubas ingenuity didn't start with lagos!...and you don't have to be capital of a country as a town to be great

The five SE states are landlocked and never had a federal capital territory like Lagos had for decades.

Are you aware of these thingshuh
It wasn't closeness to the sea and 1/5 of Lagos being capital that gave SW
1.The first skyscraper
2.The first TV station in Africa
3.the first industrial estate in ikeja,Western Nigeria
4.the first modern stadium
5.the asterpiece obafemi awolowo University

Just 20% of present lagos was a capital ,lagos state was created from western Nigeria in 1967.
.

Stop former 1/5 of lagos state status as the reason for the backwardness of your 5 state wey no reach the size of oyo state.

Young Igbo people will rewrite history and just drop post civil war.

Just like every politics revolves around Tinubu to them, every Nigerian history revolves around CIVIL WAR.That is why an average Igbi youth will always start Nigerian history post civil war but play ostrich to everything that happen before the civil war like how Azikwe oppose secession clause, how he handed over the country to fulanis, how they killed leaders of other tribe and speared theirs in the first coup, how Aguyi ironsi erased our federalism.

His PR aren't doing him any good just like those of Okezie Ikpeazu, that's why the good deeds he performed in Abia were not known unlike Otti now who has a battalion of good PR team on every social media platform.
New governor from opposition party always enjoy a well coordinated and uncoordinated PR!

Doesn't the government demolish houses in the East? Are they also anti-Igbo?

Instead of focusing on root cause of demolition, you here talking about tribalism!

There is no political or corporate system globally that the incumbent doesn't take strong interest in who will succeed him.

In fact, they are sometimes expected to mentor and groom someone for that role.
Granted that some of them do it for various reasons some of which could be selfish. But painting it as an evil system unique to Nigeria alone is just a matter of inferiority complex which many Nigerian unconsciously suffer from.

Many Yorubas who voted Obi are not happy with the tribal attack by the ibos aka obidients at least they can see what we have been telling them. So they should not stop o,they should continue the tribal attack against yoruba

Are all obedients from Igbo tribes? You people can't do away with tribalism...the reason we are in this mess together.. shegge Banzai is loading.
For your information... obedients are people that are yearnings for good governance for the good of ordinary Nigerians.
And are all BATists YORUBAS....TINUBU HIGHEST VOTES WAS IN NORTHWEST WHILE OBI HIGHEST VOTES WAS IN SOUTHEAST.

Its even more safe to say all OBIDIENTS are Igbo than saying all BATISTS are YORUBA.
