3.What is the complete time duration for his green card to be ready so he can join the supposed wife in the U.S.

To your question....she was sponsored by her organization for a conference in May..she was denied.also this last October she was denied.......that's why I deemed it necessary for us to go together for vacation....I wanna apply soon

Am trying to apply for a U.S. visa for my wife as I intend us to travel together for vacation...she still has her maiden name on her passport. I have travelled to the U.S. five times and still have my visa as it has not expired....she has also travelled to two different countries..but the issue is the maiden name she still has on her passport.
My powerful ...she has been denied twice ...my questions......
1. Can I accompany her during the next interview
2. If i apply for her that we are going on vacation together .won't the different names raise flag
3. Can we take our marriage certificate and the wedding pics along...
4. Does her having a new passport reflecting her new surname suffice here

Etihad has been the best for me...I don't agree that it's poc jus bad.......I have always had better experience with etihad whenever am going to the states....very quorteous set of people....

approved since july 21st have not been ready

nairaland u rock......got my visa approved today in abj consular office...was interviewed by d lady inside window 8......my advice for anyone applying for visa is just be compose and listen to d question attentively....over 34 applicants were denied in my before
